I don't know what this can be.
It would be good to go to the doctor and take a look.
It can be the ligament, inflamation, plantar fasciitis.
Keep your eyes open to it, check it and, if possible, rub and massage, even when it doesn't hurt. It's better if you can get someone - wife, friend - to do it for you, a light massage.

I didn't know either because it wasn't something that could be seen or even really felt from the outside which is why I wasn't going to the doctor for it. I could only feel the lump and pain when I walked and eventually it started pushing the tissue outward between my 2 toes where the hole finally opened up. Occasionally it would disappear for a short time but then my whole foot would hurt. The hole has healed up already since this video and my foot feels great. I drive truck and bounce from truck to truck so I think the week prior to this hole opening I was in a manual and that's my clutch foot. I think that helped force the fluid to the point of bursting out. If so I'm glad because they just got rid of all the manual trucks last week and all automatic trucks now so it was meant to be. I thought it was so many different things myself. I bought heel lifts and tried those for a while, compression socks which seemed to help but only kept the top of my foot from hurting so I'm guessing the pressure kept the fluid from moving upward. It would've just cost me and unbelievable amount of wasted money to seek out medical help which I can't afford right now. My insurance is only really good for major medical. I'm still paying off recent lab work which according to I'm healthy as a horse even though I have a ton of other problems and pains....lol I appreciate the comment and thoughtfulness though. I hope this video possibly helps anyone else that might run into what I went throught for about 6 months until this opened up. At least they'd have an idea the cause. I can't say where that fluid came from and might never know and hopefully never comes back.

      Hopefully that won't come back.
