The other one on Nuevo rd was my grandmas where my father grew up and I use to go there to. There was a little ranch on that property. That one is still standing today.
My family and I used to live here back in 2001. My parents bought it and completely restored it. The "tower" in the back was a tree house that my dad built for my siblings and I. It was such an incredibly beautiful house! It was so awesome being able to see my parents turn a house that was completely run down when they bought it into a gorgeous home! There are so many great memories attached to it!!
Yes, I’m the same person who filmed this house twice. I’m discovered this house online it was on the Market. So, I came to do a quick film. I didn’t know it got so much attention. After a year went by I was contacted by several people telling me that the house burned down. I came back to film again. This is my Video
hey bro I've lived in perris my whole life 37 now and this house has always caught my eye driving by. I just saw your video and seen it was empty so yesterday I drove by and saw that the window was open and there was a hole in the gate. so I went in side pretty crazy and creepy lots of things left behind toys still laying around beds table couches. crazy house
Alfredo Orosco This has got to be one of the oldest remaining houses with property in Perris. There’s not much info, only that it was on the market for sale.
I've been in it year's ago when it was painted white. It has a super narrow staircase and I recall a bedroom that was round, the kitchen was destroyed and it was abandoned. All the property around it doesn't go with the house. We had tried to find out about it for purchase but it had been sold, it needed a lot of work and money to restore. It is off of Harvill closer to Nuevo than it is to Ramona x-pressway.
I went to visit perris California in the year 1997 and 1999 I did not have the opportunity to know that house, good times Greetings from Tijuana Mexico
Wow! I just did a google search on my name and this popped up. This house! And the rooster in the background says time to wake up! Looks like an early 1900, I absolutely love it! Thank you for posting! Perris, me born in 73, I’m in a home built in 1914 in California, and before this one built in 1930 in Long Beach. I am completely enamored by historic homes. I’m sure I’ve most likely re-incarnated so many times here, that I find peace in homes, building with integrity, etc… I wonder if it’s still standing? I’m typing this 7 years after your post
Alfredo Orosco I’m looking into filming older creepy house, but I got to be very careful that know one lives there or I can be punished by YB. Banning is top spot for creep houses. I should be up there filming soon!
There is a house like this near me, between freeway on ramp and LA River (which is paved) because it diverts rain water to be processed. I was probably awesome before area was developed.
No clue how I came across this. But anyways. I'm from romoland. Moved to AZ in 2006. Round 2005 I wanna say, my home girl took me to see this house... and I shit you not, I saw a strange figure in the window. Freaked me the hell out.
upalevel productions From what I know, this house is not to far from an old Air Force Base that is no longer in use. The watchtower is what got my attention. Who ever lived must have been an observer.
oh yes I seen this house the other day when I was driving around Perris. It intrigue me I wanted to look around the house . lol But then I seen cameras I didn't want them to call the cops on me. lol
Spicy Stacy This House gave me the creeps. Reminds me of some former Prison with that Watch Tower. I was told that there are more houses like this. Thanks !
This place is prime pickings for paranormal activity. U can feel the Erie chills from just looking it. Inside at night i wouldn't recommend it unless u have balls of steel. Good find.
stephanie gutierrez no it's not scary at all just a very old house thats been neglected through the years from a lot of different people. I've been in it and still live close the only thing changed is the paint.
This house looks like something out of that movie psycho or Texas chainsaw massacre lol there's another creepy Victorian style house on a road by the Salvation Army place.
Hi...I just subscribed to your channel, and also I want to comment bout this house, I'm so curious to see inside, I live in perris, and i been lots of times around this property 😨it would be nice to see how is from the inside 😆good video
Yessi Sotelo When I arrived at this location, there was a man observing me from the property right behind me. He thought I was some real estate agent. This house was up for sale, so if I were to enter it I would most likely get punished later on. That’s is why I titled it Mysterious House. I hope everyone understands!
SoCal Urbex exactly. ..I'm telling you, ..I had been parked right by the horses, and because of the same thing, I never actually jump the fence 🙆is not worth it, to be in problems with the cops just for curiosity, ,so yea,not trespassing on a private property is the right thing to do..even though i wanted to see ghosts on the Windows 😨lets stay outside only. .
I discoverd this house by accident while driving around Perris. Its on a dirt road surrounded by farmers. When I got out of my car, someone was watching me from behind, a local horse rancher. The rancher presumed that I was a Real Estate Agent. I'm very happy that I got to film this historic home but also very saddend because the house was burned down two years later by Arsonist.
The architecture of this house looks so out of place in Perris. All of the southwest from New Mexico, to Arizona, to Nevada, to SoCal has similar architecture. Then you got this thing.....errr or had.
The look out tower it belonged to someone paranoid perhaps a doomsday person. Most people like that reminds me of a third grade school play and Henny Penny. The sky is falling the sky is falling. People like that run from their own shadow and the only thing that kills them is old age. I dunno if that happened to him or her but the house looking a hundred years old it's a good guess. My mom and dad are not scared of anything. Living with someone paranoid would suck. Thank you for the video it was interesting.
When I was younger my friend and I played flash light tag in there at night after we smoked a J! Memories ! Their ain’t nothing else to do in this shit hole we call perris
I've been there before and like you I also stopped by to check it out I was so interested in I looked it up to see if it was for sale but sadly no and it's listed as commercial property so who knows
Priscilla Mandujano really? I'm a bit disappointed 😩 it was kinda my dream house all it needed was a river near by lol but at least it being taken care
Better to be safe than sorry. Why get in trouble by trespassing, good use of common sence. There is a big house for sale for $1. and they will give you $10,000. If you buy it. Catch !!! It belonged to some football player now dead & they claim it is an historical home. The land development people bought the house & property & they want the house moved just abit down the road so they can put tract houses there! It is a big beautiful house at least the pictures & video they showed was nice. But it would take way more than $10,000. to move & before it can be moved the house needs up dating & hazard aspastice (sp?) has to be removed & the electric up dated & all kinds of demands & they demand it stays looking the same as it is inside & out. You can't change the house without going through the so called 'historical' folks. The land development folks are crazy to think someone would be so stupid to fall for it ! IF it were so 'historical' than WHY MOVE IT?! I bought the Gorge Washington home & it's historical & I'll sell it for $1. ECT... Really?! Would that fly? Of course not and THAT house IS really historical !!! I'm afraid those greedy land folks will just tare that home down. A shame. But then who knows what the house might really look like.
I couldn't get much closer because there is a horse ranch on the other side of the street, farmers sometimes carry weapons and will use them. That tower must have been used during WW1 & WW2, the house could have belong to the military or someone like a general.

Awwwww! The window was open!!!! Id be kicking myself for day for not at least attempting it.
That house was very well built. Even the small lookout tower is still standing firm. Today's houses are built like prefab pieces of crap.
there is one just as old about 1 mile north on harvill but the crazy thing is. someone still lives there
