I’ve been loving a little easy morning workout lately! But I’ve just been doing like walks/runs and then a lift/resistance training later in the day! Loving my morning walks!!❤
I really hope u spice things up for millie in terms of food, any creature can get bored eating the same bland food over and over again. You can give her veggies meat and rice every now and then to change things up. She's not a prisoner I mean
