Girl! I used to think I cant run either and it hasnt been long since I started including it in my workout (which I've gotten back into after a long year), but getting there slowly feels so good! Right now I can literally only run for 60 seconds at the most on high intensity but this is inspiring! Also for weekly vlogs, would love knowing what day of the week it is when you're filming it, if you're open to it :D keep'em comin!

I have Goodr’s. Amazing! They do not move when running! I have the Mach G style. My husband wears them as well. Same style. So affordable too!!
