Copyright is the proof that you wrote it. If someone steals your content you will have to run to courts with original documents. If you have govt copyright then you can just wave the certificate and the thief or host platform will have to remove the stolen content. You can use the copyright symbol and it might deter some people from stealing but it will be of no use if someone did steal it. Get a real copyright, just takes 500rs and 45 days.

Hi Dhanu, check the guidelines of KDP and also check with your CA for tax implications if you do something like time.
