He is that good! I love all he does!
I love his voice, he doesn't focus on it and it still sounds perfect. He's all about the music and his voice just happens to go perfectly.

Damn. Two of my favourite songs from his album. And this is my favourite performance of both of them. He's a bloody genius and is the only salvation for music of my generation.
He's being himself, that's what music is about, and that's why he's an amazing musician.
OK - that was completely badass. Love the drummer's energy as well - Jack can pick'em.
Jack White is gorgeous!!
This brings back great memories of seeing him with the Raconteurs. good job jack keep it up!
Holy fuck that was incredible and the drum work immense.
Gotta luv it live!!!!!!!!
I grew up in Nashville, and I always loved him. I live on the west coast now bc fuck living in Nashville but uh...Jack White is like the only thing I miss about Nashville.
💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙Incomparable Jack🎸 White🎤. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
I love Jack's music ♥
I love it, because it is Music from Heart with a great own Sound and Style !
Jack White is very creativ Man and Artisan , the People like this...........
Male band called The Buzzards. Female band called The Peacocks.
my heaven is a never ending jack white concert
He is so wonderful
Amanzing drummers.. both
The Peacocks (Girl Band)
Ruby Amanfu (Backup Singer)
Lillie Mae Rische (Violin)
Brooke Waggoner (Keys)
Carla Azar (Drums)
Maggie Bjorklund (Pedal Steel)
Catherine Popper (Bass)
P.S.: This bassist is pregnant, so he is now playing with Popper.
The Buzzards (Boy Band):
Daru Jones (Drums)
Corey Younts (Backup Vocals, tambourine, mandolin)
Ikey Owens (Keys)
Fats Kaplin (Violin, Pedal Steel)
Dominic John Davis (Bass, Cello)
Why dislike this? You all couldn't even play a fucking tambourine.
Jack white has one of best solo outroing in the history of recorded solo outros
wich one?
because this aint it
Awsome!
Cutting edge, pure & fresh. Gonna have to see him "LIVE"
The tambourine player/ backup singer reminds me of my mum
"It Might Get Loud" is epic.
It's amazing looking at all the artists people are suggesting as the best guitarists in our generation, we do actually have a lot
sick
what an amazing record
incredible man. cheers for uploading
the raconteurs: in raconteurs he expanded his gear, he changed his arline ress-o-glass guitar for a gretsch customised with 3 pick ups, 1 theremin inside, 1 mxr microamp inside and a harmonica microphone inside, in his pedals he have again big muff, whammy 4, boss tu2, Pog, Mxr microamp and a couple of new pedals, boss compressor CS3, he changed the Pog for a micro pog, electo harmonix nano bass balls (you can hear them in salute your solution bridge) and a demeter tremolo
He sounds JUST like he does on cd, only his guitar riffs are 10 x's more suave live... & they're smooth on the cd! *___*
JW
Absolute total genius
I could this so seriously what
I don't know what they changed comment. I love jack
I like Jack White's music. However, if you tell him it was a great show after he performs he will question himself and ask what he did wrong. That's why he doesn't play his songs like he does on the record. It's more of a challenge to him. And the reason he has two bands is because it's also more of a challenge for him. It keeps him on his toes and keeps him having to make decisions constantly.
Genius
big muff, whammy, boss tu2, pog, boss noise supressor, nano bass-balls, mxr micro amp and a zvex wolly mammoth
Saw him live with the male band tonight. Fucking INSANE
Just...... WOW
Poland waiting for you!
He has an awesome talent. Would someone PLEASE put up Jack White on Jools Holland doing Ball and Biscuit? My favorite version, can't find it!
Then you'll be my hero. Cheers my friend
thanks! :)
And not only that the music is so powerful and angry AKA REAL ROCK AND ROLL MUSIC
man Carla Azar kills it on Freedom at 21!! sounds even better than on the album
cool how he completely changed the band for the two songs!! slick...if anyones interested, you can now buy his guitar fx pedals from his third man store..
Hello, i know really well the jack's gear:
white stripes: Big muff, Whammy 4, Boss tu2 (tuner), Pog from electro harmonix (for blue orchid), Mxr microamp (HE NEVER USE IN WHITE STRIPES A COMPRESSOR, MOST OF BALL AND BISCUIT TUNES, IS THE MXR MICRO AMP AND THE FENDER TWIN REVERB AMP) he have other same pedalbord near to meg's drumkit, because he sings close to her always
I have some of the names:
In Freedom at 21, the drummer is Carla Azar, from autolux. The background singer with the long black hair and tambourine in Ruby Amanfu, the Organ player is Brooke Wagonner.
I think the drummer on saltines is Daru Jones and the dude with the mandolin is Pokey Lafarge.
As far as I can tell, they are all musicians from the Nashville area. They all have solo or other groups stuff going.
los altos pollos se atravesaron y siguio como un campion, que grandeeeee
Spiked heals make a hoooole in a liiiifeboat!
Thanks, I'll look into it.. =)
Yep that's true dude, he's badass.
omg thats exactly what i think EVERYTIME i see him, i thought it was just me LOL damn
You're right! :D They're really good guitar players! I change my mind : J. White is not the only guitar hero but the best !
Mostly because its the main single from the album this is what a lot of people do with a new album pick 2-3 songs to play on all the reports and shows to show off the single and highlight the album.
Thanks for that. I knew of some of the stuff he used already (like the Big Muff) but a lot of that is new to me so I appreciate it :)
Fuck ! Wish I had boyfriend like him !
Jack be a pimp!
Jack please stay on the telecaster it just sounds better thanks
Oh yeah you're right I forgot. The Edge is pretty awesome, he kinda bring gimself all of these effects use together, I admit that he's awesome.
Yep, yes yes yes.
Sixteen Saltines : Daru Jones.
Freedom At 21 : Carla Azar.
drummers were awesome
I think he talks about it in "It might get loud". Search for it here.
Oh yeah you're right my friend, forgot that one.
finally in his solo tour he painted all his pedals in sky blue, and his front guitar now is a fender telecaster with bigsby and a gretsch double jet customised, he call him the triple jet, with 3 pick ups, bigsby, micro amp inside i love this guitar (i don't like the telecaster, i prefer the airline white stripes sound, or the gretsh sound from raconteurs (remember he is a drumer in the dead weather not a guitar player, the guitar player is dean fertita) his pedals as solo artist:
LOL is she speedin you up dude??? lol lovin it
Holy crap.
Jack White, Josh Homme, And Dave Grohl are the only three guys keeping rock and roll alive
and in the dead weather he have a big muff, boss tu2, whammy 4 (painted white) nano bass-balls, micro pog, dunlop rotovibe, mxr micro amp, and 2 new pedals, zvex wolly mammoth (you can hear this pedal in another way to die) he changed his demeter tremolo for a vodoo lab tremolo, in each band jack painted the pedals in the same color for the band, in white stripes, red an white, in the raconteurs all his pedal in copper and his guitar and in the dead weather all white, he also have a rare pedal
that drums :o
LOL 2:12 Heavy metal, head-banging Jack White! :p
And damn! That first drummer is SICK! He's got mad skills!
a zvex tremolo probe (a really great pedal because is sensitive to touch, if you touch the pedal he sounds, if you dont he is muted, this pedal is pluged in (in the raconteurs era) to a copper microphone and in his silvertone amp, in this way he can sing in a really distortion mode (and the copper microphone conserve the good tune)(like julian casablancas in the strokes first records) and he can mute his voice and his guitar!!!!! like a kill suitch!!!!
The star from this song is the EHX Bass Balls :)
Better comment would simply be 'Drummer is awesome!'
ucking bombaaaa!!! you must come tu ESPAÑAAA
those pants.
You'll find it on RUclips on the Jack White's VEVO channel, I'll be posting the concert on my channel anyway
The octave generator is also for the seven nation army intro to have a sound like bass guitar.
2:40 dat drummer
Jackie and the Ladies (:
ok. Been months watching him play male versus female band. he plays better with the female band. His yang spirit only gets distorted with yang band. But when he plays with yin he really hits it off. Jack White yanks women around in his personal life, but when it comes to music he knocks it off the charts if he has a yin back drop.
That "Damn!" @ 1:46!!
JESUS.
Matt is a great musician (Butterflies and Hurricanes is mindblowing). I guess everyone has his own opinion though.
you'r welcome :D
jeez
he just played freedom at 21 on colbert report XD
The mandolin player isn't Pokey La Farge, his first name is Corey, that's all I know!
who's jealous who's jealous who's jealous who's jealous of who??
Corey Younts, member of Old Crow Medicine Show...that is until Jack White stole him. Corey flew straight from Melbourne to Nashville and sat in with Old Crow,,,see my video of Sewanee Mtn Catfight or a bunch of others too...been w/ OCMS for yrs
Now I think he use the Whammy, Big Muff Pi USA, EHX Nano Bassballs...They're the main pedals, I don't now anything about the rest!
Imagine tim burton, johnny depp, and jack white
ふぉおおおおおおおおおおおおおおおおおお!
All of his songs seem faster live
2:58
Alright Jack, just put the drumkit down gently instead of settin it up again xP
Hi, I only know his gear for the White Stripes era dont know if it help
- Big muff/Distortion (songs like "Dead Leaves...", "Astro",...)
- Compression Sustainer Boss CS3 ("Ball and Biscuit", ...)
- Whammy Digiteck WH-4 (mainly for all of his guitar solo you know ?)
- Electro Harmonix (Octave Generator) (almost only on "Blue Orchid")
- AnalogMan Custom Made Fuzzbox (Jack use it since the very beginning early years)
- Switchers by AnalogMan (Jack use it to change amp)
Hope it helped! cheers
I think he's doin it on a purpose, because he wants people to go and buy his full album, but he'll be playing all of his songs in the RUclips broadcast tomorrow.
