I am going to see them again in Toronto on August 2nd. I seen them for the first time on August 8th 2022. They were awesome!!!!! 17 songs were played "_"
Takes me back to being a teen in the 80s! We were lucky to have this music. Kids today don't have crap to listen to except junk! I feel very lucky to have grown up then! Great days!
Ive gotta hand it to Joe. There was a time about 10 years ago when you can tell the voice was starting to go a bit, and he has DONE THE WORK to get to the place where he can keep going and execute on that level again. And Def Leppard has always been my favorite rock band from a vocal perspective. But whatever Joe did to revive and get his voice healthy again is something that should be studied because it worked.
I noticed that back in July when they came to Atlanta. I haven't seen them since 2018, and his voice was noticeably weak. I'm not faulting him for that for he's not a spring chicken anymore. But wow, there was a big difference this time around.
@@Twominutedevotions Just seeing this now. Absolutely well said! Joe is kicking it in full gear the last 2-3 years. Covid was a blessing in disguise for Joe. He took the 2 years off to rebuild his strength in his voice.
I love def Lepp. At least these guys know the range they can go to without it coming undone and to have a band that can back up Joe on vocals to help him says a lot about how creative and a great band they are. Have loved these guys since the early 80s. I remember in 1984 I was 14 years old down in the carolinas vacationing when I bought high n dry on cassette. I think def Lepp is one of the few bands that can say they have had fans following them as long as I have. Def Lepp will always be #1 in my book.
@@KiLLeMMauL Well yes to a degree .They learned hard lessons early Rick's wreck and then yes Steven . What's sad is he was so addicted that even rehab didn't help . I seen them in the 80's during their Hysteria tour. At the time didn't care much for Hysteria cause I preferred their older albums . I have to say was impressed with Rick's dedication to rethink playing the drums ..
@@ryanbrown3004Phil’s been in the band for 41 years. Pete was only there for 6 years. Phil’s been in the band 97% of its existence. I’d consider Phil an original.

They were paid allot money to do this good!!! This band has always kicked ass!!!!!!!!! I was 18 when this came out!!!! Shit today no compare no auto bs tune one iota!!!!
@@nelsonwalker4829 Joe has said it himself that they don’t need the money. They don’t tour for money they tour because it’s their passion to play on stage. And they love doing it any chance they get. Respect.
Bringin on the Heartbreak was the first song of theirs to air on MTV. In 1981. Into 1982. They got huge success and fame when Photograph came out and aired on MTV. Thats where the rocket took off.
I wish Guns N Roses had the determination and drive that Def Leppard does. Def Leppard never had members quit the band or fight over musical direction. No matter what happened with Rick Allen losing his arm, or Steve Clark passing away, the band pushed forward with new records and tours. Guns N Roses could have been the greatest band ever, but Izzy, Slash, and Duff left the band because Axl hurt their feelings.

One of the few 80's bands that sound as good now as ever. True professionals that take pride in their work.
I can't agree more one of the great bands from that era
Yep they sound as good nearly as new artists like Justin Beiber

That is the gods honest truth. Amazing live in the 80’s as well as today.
Absolutelly agreed
Rick Allen has a smile from ear to ear though the whole thing. Having the time of his life.🤘
He’s awesome!✌️😎👍
Is it me or doesnt he age?

Still killing it after all of these years....all are very humble people as well.

For modern singing Joe Elliot sings this song almost perfect !!! This was truly one of there best!!!!
They've taken great care of themselves and it shows
You mean in their later years right? These guys drank enough alcohol to pickle themselves in the 80s. RIP Steve Clark.

2 things I remembered about this song:
1. Best Rock Song category in Grammy Awards
2. Rick Allen just weared Union Jack hotpant for video clip🎉

Incredible.
Awesome...the best Album of Def Lep....still resonate in me like the first time...!
Agreed. Pyromania is their masterpiece.
Have loved this band since 1980.
I love the show you guys are doing a fantastic job
Great to see a band with 4/5 original members (RIP Steve Clark). Too many bands these days it's the original lead singer and no one else.
It's 3 out of 5. Don't forget Pete Willis. He played on the first 3 records.
Pete Willis though

These guys sound amazing!! They are keeping the best music, the 80’s alive and well!!
Immortal 80s music
Saw them in Philly for the 1st time after all these years. Amazing!
❤DL.. the best and still rockin !! Joe is soo awesome and smoking hot still 🔥 ❤
Can’t wait to see Def Leppard blow the roof off the Alamodome in San Antonio TX! 🤘🤘
For a live performance that was amazing, as technically perfect as the original studio recording back in 1983, and that includes Joe's vocals :-)
Sounds killer! Reminds me of being 10 again and playing this record on my record player. Pyromania is one of my all time favorites.
Guitar leads SO tasteful. And they play at a measured speed. AWESOME
Their guitar tone and abilities are unsurpassed. Def leppard set the standard for rock music. Period.
This is insanely good!!!!
Still kicking ass! Hope they play "Stagefright" again!
What a thrill that must have been to see these guys live in such an intimate setting like that. I'm jealous!

All 4 people with a mic on stage are singing live. No faking.
