Def Leppard - Die Hard the Hunter (Live @ Sirius XM Garage)
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 3 июл 2024
- The FIRST performance of Die Hard The Hunter since 2019!
Also note: one thing I noticed about this one is they completely skipped the second verse. My guess is time constraints. Only being able to play for a hour. Had to cut the song shorter.

I hope Vince and Nikki are watching and taking notes
I was just thinking the same thing!! No need to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars for shit👎. Def Leppard still bringing it 🤘🏻💯
💯
doubt it
BOOM! For the win!
Absolutely! I saw them on the 2022 Stadium Tour in Detroit and the Crue closed out. Def Leppard should’ve closed, they KILLED IT!! The Crue have lost their mojo.
GOD I wish they would still write tunes like this. This was when Def Leppard ruled the world.
Yeah, its not that they arent writing great tunes nowadays, its just that back then there were on some sort of magic ride with the writing, the songs all have almost a comic book novelty concept in a great way.
@@TonyFromSyracuse101 I agree. Steve had a lot to do with this style of songwriting. Nowadays, and I mean this with the utmost respect to them, they write mostly mom rock.
Steve and Mutt are gone from the writing.Mutt tweaked most of their demo's into hits.
It’s not that they can’t, but they choose not to. Very frustrating but they don’t owe me a damn thing.
@@beansandcornbread Yeah, it is frustrating. They've always been about moving on and growing but they have to know us fans want more of this.
Man the first three Def Leppard albums rule!!!!
I remember introducing guys in college who played Pour Some Sugar On Me on repeat to 'On Through the Night' and 'High n Dry.' They thought Pyromania was the first album. They still played Hysteria to death, but at least they knew. :)
the first one FOR SURE
First 3 are the best
@@guilty-of-being-right what's the best of the first three
No.
Respect, no lip syncing. These guys are live and accurate. These guys stay in shape too.
You see boys and girls? This how the big boys and real musicians do musics. It's still good since the 80's and it sound like the album's. This real rock and roll
🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯
But they haven’t done anything better that’s the sad thing
There is no fake rock & roll.
@@ivc5150listen to their euphoria album, sounds killer. I’d argue it’s adrenalize 2.0. With adrenalize obviously being hysteria 2.0.
@@eldoabrahamson all the 90's shit that come out is fake. All computers,no solos. Baking vocals. No talent
Whoever their sound person is deserves a lot of credit. This sounds amazing.
First “3” LP’s are nothing short of fantastic, each LP was watching a band grow before your eyes & being 56yo now I feel so grateful having watched this all happen in real time.
I would say their first 4 albums....Hysteria was amazing
@rong.2457 was gonna say the same thing 🤣 but you beat me this song is from the fourth Hysteria.
Yep, yep, & yep.
(Same genx age) Remember doing our own concerts with me as drummer on bucket with cardboard cymbals to high n dry and pyromania. (Mostly pyromania 😉)
@@rg8467 ok, I stand corrected, Hysteria, is just as amazing.
@@rong.2457 Agreed!
I was lucky enough to grow up rocking to bands like this, never gets old to me. ❤
Ya classic rewind.
Def Lep still one of the greatest bands ever formed. Def Leppard's debut album, On Through the Night, was released on March 14 1980.
No.
Remember when they came out of nowhere and just blew you away 😂 their sound was so epic
@@MarcusSandoval-kx2th Indeed so true.
Def Leppard in 2024. This is awesome!
Yet another 'gift' from the lyrical and musical genius of this band Seven Maynard "The Riffmaster" Clark.
True, Steve Clark had an unbelievable gift of being able to produce amazing melodic riffs. Switch 625 is a masterpiece . Whilst still a great band after Steve's passing IMO they never managed to recreate the songwriting magic that they had with Steve .
Def lep never get old,Vivian is doin steve right,RIP stephen Maynard clark
❤SONG FROM A MASTERPIECE ❤
Now this is a world class rock band. They are all seriously talented.
As much as I enjoyed 3/4ths of Motley on the 2022 tour, Leppard was night and day different in quality of performance. I appreciate them so much because they strive to put on a great live show.
Old Del Lep songs kicks ass ! Sound is absolutely phenomenal
Def Leopard are awesome they never get old. So many hits and underrrated songs that the radio never plays
I forgot how GOOD Def Leppard sounds. Amazing man.
very cool to hear them perform a deep cut from way back in the day...def still killing it🤘
Guitars so clean and crisp, and measured. AWESOME 😊
Def Leppards Pyromania album (1983), not a boring song on it. Close to perfect hard rock album. Comin' Under Fire is my personal favourite.
And the last good hard rock album they made.
@@joncope9175 That's subjective, but I tend to agree.
@@joncope9175Disagree. Slang is very heavy, so is their 2015 self titled. Their newest album Diamond Star Halos has some heavy tracks on it too.
Yeah, "Comin' Under Fire" would have to rate as one of my favs too!
Great example of everything that they did very well at that time.
These guys sound amazing!! Was always a fan in the late 80s.. can't believe how good they still.sound! Rip Steve Clark.
All these years and they still sound awesome
I absolutely love this song and it sounds even better Live, love these guys
really love the loyalty they have shown their drummer - his pocket playing helped define their sound from the beginning (true mates)
Can’t deny that sounds damn good
Lead up to, and that solo gives me goosebumps. Awesome live version. I miss old Leppard.
Me too, since 84
The long gray hair - the black sequence outfit. Joe rockin' the Helen Mirren look!
" Better to burn out then fade away."
What a treat for the fans. This is great!
They don't write/record songs like this anymore but they still sound good playing the older tunes.
I'm sad to say, I think alot of this was due to Steve Clark, God rest the man's soul. They never have really been the same since he's been gone, I imagine on several levels.
It's because they grew older.
PYROMANIA !! The best
They sound as great as they ever did. Watching Rick is so amazing. He does more with three limbs than most drummers could do with two extra.
Doing this since 1980's On Through The Night...amazing we're here listening to them 44 years later.
Sound great as always. That Def Leppard dual guitar sound is magic.
Man the Lep still has it!! 🥰🤟
I have tremendous respect for Rick Allen!!!!!!!! It boggles my mind that despite losing his left arm in a car accident, he’s still playing the drums for Def Leppard!!!!!!!! If that’s not inspirational for drummers to keep going, I don’t know what is!!!!!!!!! He’s one of my favorite drummers ever!!!!!!!!!!
No shit
Joe Elliot has said in interviews that when Rick had both of his arms, he would try to overcomplicate the songs with his playing. Since he lost his arm, he had to simplify his playing
This just shows how good this record is!!!! Bang Bang!!!!
Much better than Hysteria
@@gfgranja Hysteria's best songs were the ones that never hit the radio. God's of War, Run Riot, Don't Shoot Shotgun. Women was good and I guess it actually did get released but is often overlooked.
@@mjsheets5936 I like Hysteria, but Pyro its another level !
YES! Thanks for sharing this! They sound AWESOME!
I was always intrigued by this tune. Perfect way to end side 1 of Pyromania
Damn they sound amazing , i was not expecting them to still sound as great as they did 40 years ago, what an incredible performance!
Wow, one of my favorite 80's high school songs, and the boys are still killing it!! Def Lep 2024!!
Леопарды как всегда на высоте! Обожаю их!
Я тоже протащился
Def Leppard still sounds great.
So good to see the band rock'n.
Thank you for posting ❤ def leppard 👍🎵🇬🇧
Anyone that has ever doubted Joe's vocal ability, he absolutely nails it here. Sounds just like he did in '83
Fookin’ awesome to watch them play this!
Great memories from back in the day
They made some magical music early on,love these guys!
R.I.P. Steve Clark
This band ROCKS - always did and always will.
Wow! It’s like I stepped back in high school again. Haven’t heard or followed them for years. They sound amazing!
Their live shows are impressive.
Damn I’m impressed. These guys are a special breed. Still rockin 😎🎸
You can always count on them for a great show, fantastic playing and singing. Always consistent. Great band!
I saw Def at my local 6000 seat arena on their Hysteria tour in 1988. They were late due to border patrol holding them up at the Canadian/US border. They apologized to the crowd, got us all psyched up, began playing awesomely as Def Leppard only can, and the ladies bras started piling up quickly on their mic stands like the store racks they were bought from, because they were playing on an "in the round" stage for that tour. Magical night that made an impression on a young teenage guy of 14 who's also a musician!
The 70s and 80s were the best and I'm so glad I was alive to experience such great years!
This sounds bloody brilliant, as good as ever chaps!
Wow! This band delivers! This has always been my favorite song from Pyro since it was released!!
They still got it! 100%! Amazing!
Love It, this is my youth.
Def leppard band rock no 1
I miss the days when Leppard rocked! 🤘
They still do! :D
My favorite Def Leppard song
From a time when guitar riffs had their own hooks. Still solid, takes me back to seeing them in the 80s.
Absolutely spectacular!!!!
Thank for bringing back all the good memories of rock'n music!
DAMN, that was excellent. Hearing that guitar tone always brings me back to the 80's. It is a fountain of youth elixir.
Listening to Pyromania in my car yesterday, still an awesome album...
What a performance.
Thanks for sharing. Been a fan since ‘ On Through the Night ‘. ✨
OUTSTANDING! perfect and polished.
They're still rock solid. Absolute units.
Fabulous !!!! Def Lep is always awesome !!!
Great band ; always like them
Jo always is a. Great singer😊😊
Loved the Atlanta concert! Amazing group of guys. These guys may be the only group left on the planet that plays as well as they do. Fantastic treat to see them.
Man Sav's Acoustic guitar sounds crisp.
Viv’s P90s sound epic
SAVかっこいい❤
スタジアムとはまた違うメンバーの表情や演奏がとてもよくわかって感激✨
貴重な映像ありがとう‼️
OMG that was amazing 👏👏
Yeah 🤘🤘🤘
Wow, Joe! Strong vocals - love it.
Great song, and the boys executed it flawlessly!
Great band....I swear they get better as they age..
Holy shiatsu!! That just blew me away! Now I'm off to see when they play next in my area! :D
Best. Album. Ever. Start. To. Finish. from these guys! So well written! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
One of the few bands from that awesome era (I was lucky enough to grow up during this time) that still sound fantastic. Professional and tight as. Saw them a few years ago and they rocked. Well done boys!
still crushing it
Possibly my favourite Def Leppard tune. What a better.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS ❤🔥

This album always has a special place in my collection. Hell.. even hysteria has high praise for me.

The 4cds
Classic 👍👍👏👏👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏
I got chills... amazing!!!
Last time I saw Leppard play this song live was on the Hysteria tour at the Richfield Colusium February 1988!!
I caught them December 4th, 1987 with Tesla in Boise, ID. I was 14. The Leps had to bring their A game because Tesla KILLED it. Still one of the best shows ive ever seen 37 years later.
SUPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It smells the 80s with that glamorous mysterious seductive nocturnal vibe. LUV IT
Cheers from Morocco
