7News is hearing the outcry from family members of Ty'ah Settles, the little girl shot and killed in southeast D.C. Friday night.
Settles wasn't the target, but rather another innocent victim caught in the middle of gun violence plaguing the District.
Now, many people, including Settles' family, are asking: what will it take to end gun violence in D.C.?
"My only grandchild, she didn’t deserve this," said Jamille Crowell, Settles' grandmother on her dad's side.
