- I welded the bucket seat onto the stock electric seat rails because i wanted to do it cheaply. I originally thought it was good but after driving with my knee a few inches from the dash. I will probably change it out down the line.

14:53 google grinder wheel accidents from exploding cutting discs... you might just put your guard back on. Fingers and hands get messed up from each explosion plus you can loose an eye. Worst case it gets you in the neck and you bleed out. Those discs have a ton of energy and will fuck you up when they come apart.

Man , I feel your pain! I just went through doing the rear o2s on my e91. Idk why BMW puts the bungs on the TOP of the exhaust. Makes everything WAY harder than it needs to be.

I wish I had that condition seat which you tore up 😅 leather on my seat's bottom part is torn up.
Once you tacked the bars in place you could of taken off the seat to not have to worry about burning/melting. Still killin it tho!

bro this reminds me of getting my car to pass emissions in ohio. im catless and have air pump deletes and tgv deletes. my tuner removed the codes completely from the ecu, literally didnt turn them off, he removed the code entirely lol. i was thinking im not going to pass forsure im completely screwed, found out in ohio we have little emissions test sites where you do it yourself. i went and plugged the computer into my wrx and the paper it printed out said pass on all of the little slots. i was literally ecstatic. went and grabbed plates that day easy, no questions asked. now im in virginia and in my county there are no emissions. just an inspection. lets see if i pass without cats

So this depends on the state. I have no cat and no sap and passed in texas today. You can have one system not ready here. The sap can be disabled and will read unavailable and the post cat heaters will read not ready. Luckily I can get away with that here in TX.
I did this to my M3 with the recaro sportster cs and the high was stupid so i went back to regular manual seats brackets and was good.

Yo when you drift out the belt clip through the hole and clip it, it’ll be tighter on your waste for drifting
Idk if I would trust Booger wields to hold me in place in the event of a accident.
Just to be safe bro I think you should just get a custom rail that puts u in a more comfortable position

Fyi the E46 stock handbrake is absolute garbage, you'll be constantly stretching and tightening ya cables, for like an extra 30 bucks ya could have just plumbed in a hydro and be done with it 🤷♂️
If ya feeling flush you can buy the driftworks input/output lines and plumb them straight into the abs block so you don't have to cut any brake lines, shout at me if ya want a more detail description on how to install
Whats the best dual caliper setup that uses stock calipers?
Sure a E-Brake is €125, the plumbing is €30...
But most dual calipers are €550+
i’ve heard some people had really good luck with the stock handbrake so i wanna give it a shot. i wanna work my way up with this car instead of just throwing hella $$ at it and having it be “perfect” right away. i think it’ll be more fun and i get to show what works/doesn’t work

@@fuckngreat8955 I didn't go duel caliper so literally just had to buy a hydro/ lines n a couple fittings so was a real cheap set up that works so good I don't feel the need to go duel caliper.
There are alot of bolt on duel caliper brackets that use stock calipers, Google is your friend on that one, but be aware 90% of them require you to remove the standard drum handbrake cables so may make it not road legal ( depending on laws in your country).

Hydro usually has its own cylinder/fluid tank,
(not sure what its called in english)
Where i live, our handbrakes get tested by braking power, if they can stay at full lock, and how far they have to be pulled until they work
(i think less than 5 clicks is usually good on stock e-brakes)
140k miles on my 330i, I just struggled to get my b4 cat o2 sensors on the Exhaust manifold off, soaked them in penetrating oil every 2 hrs, had to break them off in the same fashion lmao. They're out tho.

I’f that’s a ZF TRANS I’d replace the 5th gear and the reverse detent pins. For example my e46 has a 5 spd zf and when I shift from 5th to neutral the shifter leans towards 5th. Highly recommended
