Hi Colleen! Regarding the beginning where you mentioned Chris: My aunt would break into hives lots a while back (she still does). After no answers from doctors, she went to a holistic doctor and they had found that she is reactive to mold. So literally a living mold detector. Mold could be in the walls or literally in places that are not visible. Hopefully they find a solution soon, but this situation does sound similar. I love u girly!
@@alyssa9103 She ended up having lyme disease as well. She takes many supplements and had to switch her way of eating to change the health pattern. She is doing great though.

I've been going through some weird stuff with my mom- stuff I've been dealing with in therapy for years and years but it finally culminated in me confronting my mom about the abuse I experienced during my childhood. It........ did not go well. So I've felt really low the past week and today especially. But seeing what a great mother you are to your kids makes me so happy. hey colleen! i know you said you were having difficulty with finding gender neutral clothes, but i think the whole point is that when you’re looking for clothes for them, you don’t need to buy clothes from their assigned gender section, if that makes sense! So buying things for Wesley from the “girls section” etc etc, putting a bow on him, since baby clothes are essentially just based on size, being gender neutral is not sticking to girl and boy clothes. sorry, not to seem super extra about it! just for future reference :)

I took a break from your channel for a few years but jumped back in during the start of the pandemic and now, as a young adult in my 20s, your vlogs have taught me so much about motherhood, family, and self-care. I never really thought I wanted kids before I started rewatching your channel, but your videos were the first to make me seriously consider it - despite all the hard parts. In your video, "Psychic Reads my Twins' Future", Terry talked to you about how your career would change with your pregnancy. She said that you would become a support and comfort to new moms and that you will help "grow up" other people and influence their growth - and that is exactly how I've felt from watching your videos. You have been such an incredible influence and I am so glad I started watching your channel again when I did.
You need to get them Baby Leggings! They’re basically thigh-high socks for babies; it’s what I used for all my kids when they were babies and toddlers. Just search for “baby leg warmers” on amazon ☺️

I'm stuck in limbo right now, my husband is gone for a long time, I haven't seen my daughter for a few months and my friends and family are all really far away. I’m a exclusively formula mom, I couldn’t exclusively breastfeed longer than 3 weeks and then I exclusively pumped for another three weeks. Then we did formula. When you said ‘don’t say unfortunately’ that made me feel so much better and less defeated. I love you, thank you! I’ve been watching you for 8 years! Colleen- there is no shame in liking the blue and pink aesthetic! Boys and girls can technically wear whatever; onesies are built the same for “boys onesies” and “girls onesies”. If you ever wanted to switch the twins colors (as long as they’re the right size) you absolutely could. But it seems that you like dressing Wes in blue and Maisy in pink! You’re the mom and you’re allowed to dress your twins however you like. There’s nothing wrong with following the stereotype if that’s what you like. One day they’ll make their own decisions about what they want to wear but for now you’re allowed to be a fashion momma!

I love that you take Flynn on regular outings and am glad you are trying to build an appreciation for the environment and nature! But, please dont get too close to wildlife, whether they are meant to be there or not. It is already a stressful environment having multiple people coming to their "home" and creating noise. The whole bathroom thing really bugs me because I'm a mom of 3, yes my girls are teenagers now, but my bathroom is ALWAYS a mess, the second I clean it, they totally trash it lol not even realizing that they trashed it, but I remember being a new mom and having 3 kids all 2 years apart, you don't always have the time to deep clean the way you want to, so I have nothing but appreciation for you hun, and I don't give a fudge if your whole house is a mess, you put all 3 of your babies first and that takes ALL the energy out of you and Eric, you guys are amazing, your kids are happy and healthy and that's all that really matters right now. It kinda sucks that people are so judgmental, just know that there are tons of people and moms out there who totally relate with you and how honest and realistic you are, as long as your family is happy and healthy what more can anyone truly want. About the clothes for babies, you said that when you look for girls clothes they're pink and boys clothes are blue, but besides the obvious, there's no difference between a baby boy and a bay girl, they have the same shaped bodies. I dressed my daughter in girls and boys clothes when she was a baby. Got the most adorable bright blue onesie with multicoloured cars all over it, that was my favourite one, next favourite was a flowery one where there was like, muted mint, luminous pastel coral, loads of tiny flowers with a mini neck ruffle. I would've dressed a boy in the same, boys and girls clothes are all suitable for kids, and some adults.
Yeah that doesn’t make sense to me. She could get two “boys” outfits or two “girls” outfits and they can match. Also she puts that bow headband on Maisy all the time and it just seems like she’s definitely not practicing what she preaches about the whole “clothes have no gender” thing

I've been going through some weird stuff with my mom- stuff I've been dealing with in therapy for years and years but it finally culminated in me confronting my mom about the abuse I experienced during my childhood. It........ did not go well. So I've felt really low the past week and today especially. But seeing what a great mother you are to your kids makes me so happy. hey colleen! i know you said you were having difficulty with finding gender neutral clothes, but i think the whole point is that when you’re looking for clothes for them, you don’t need to buy clothes from their assigned gender section, if that makes sense! So buying things for Wesley from the “girls section” etc etc, putting a bow on him, since baby clothes are essentially just based on size, being gender neutral is not sticking to girl and boy clothes. sorry, not to seem super extra about it! just for future reference :)

I've been watching your videos since I was in middle school and have seen you grow so much since then. I took a break from your channel for a few years but jumped back in during the start of the pandemic and now, as a young adult in my 20s, your vlogs have taught me so much about motherhood, family, and self-care. I never really thought I wanted kids before I started rewatching your channel, but your videos were the first to make me seriously consider it - despite all the hard parts. In your video, "Psychic Reads my Twins' Future", Terry talked to you about how your career would change with your pregnancy. She said that you would become a support and comfort to new moms and that you will help "grow up" other people and influence their growth - and that is exactly how I've felt from watching your videos. You have been such an incredible influence and I am so glad I started watching your channel again when I did.
You need to get them Baby Leggings! They’re basically thigh-high socks for babies; it’s what I used for all my kids when they were babies and toddlers. Just search for “baby leg warmers” on amazon ☺️

Colleen- there is no shame in liking the blue and pink aesthetic! Boys and girls can technically wear whatever; onesies are built the same for “boys onesies” and “girls onesies”. If you ever wanted to switch the twins colors (as long as they’re the right size) you absolutely could. But it seems that you like dressing Wes in blue and Maisy in pink! You’re the mom and you’re allowed to dress your twins however you like. There’s nothing wrong with following the stereotype if that’s what you like. One day they’ll make their own decisions about what they want to wear but for now you’re allowed to be a fashion momma!

We got all different design "Leg Warmers" for our Son for clothes like that! They fit for a long time and go from the ankle to the highest part of the thigh. They'd work perfectly for your Stylin' Littles! ♡

But, please dont get too close to wildlife, whether they are meant to be there or not. It is already a stressful environment having multiple people coming to their "home" and creating noise.

I put my babies in onesies and baby legwarmers all the time! It's so cute.
The whole bathroom thing really bugs me because I'm a mom of 3, yes my girls are teenagers now, but my bathroom is ALWAYS a mess, the second I clean it, they totally trash it lol not even realizing that they trashed it, but I remember being a new mom and having 3 kids all 2 years apart, you don't always have the time to deep clean the way you want to, so I have nothing but appreciation for you hun, and I don't give a fudge if your whole house is a mess, you put all 3 of your babies first and that takes ALL the energy out of you and Eric, you guys are amazing, your kids are happy and healthy and that's all that really matters right now. It kinda sucks that people are so judgmental, just know that there are tons of people and moms out there who totally relate with you and how honest and realistic you are, as long as your family is happy and healthy what more can anyone truly want. Love you and appreciate all your hard work hun , you honestly are so relatable it always makes me feel more normal! ❤😊👍❤

To the question, as someone currently in college, what would you tell your college-aged self, looking back now as a woman with successful career, great husband, and mom of 3. About the clothes for babies, you said that when you look for girls clothes they're pink and boys clothes are blue, but besides the obvious, there's no difference between a baby boy and a bay girl, they have the same shaped bodies. I dressed my daughter in girls and boys clothes when she was a baby. Got the most adorable bright blue onesie with multicoloured cars all over it, that was my favourite one, next favourite was a flowery one where there was like, muted mint, luminous pastel coral, loads of tiny flowers with a mini neck ruffle. I would've dressed a boy in the same, boys and girls clothes are all suitable for kids, and some adults.
Yeah that doesn’t make sense to me. She could get two “boys” outfits or two “girls” outfits and they can match. Also she puts that bow headband on Maisy all the time and it just seems like she’s definitely not practicing what she preaches about the whole “clothes have no gender” thing
