Hello Doctor, due to NPDR (Diabetic Ratinopathy ) in both eyes i have Razumab
Injections in March 23, after follow up in April 23 my doctor has done OCT and advice me that this time is not need of injections and prescribed me eye drop Nepanite PF for 1 month and Eycool for 2 months and visit after 2 months. i e. June 23.
My question is that eye drop can useful insted of injections.
And why is doctor suggest injections, and what is the role of eye drops.

Namaste Sir, meri age 17 yr hai..mujhe bp, sugar jesi. Other koi problem nhi thi...but mujhe ek eye se dikhna bnd ho gya tha..dr. ko dikhane pr unhone optic neuritis btaya..aur mujhe eye me ek injection Lg chuka hai aur tab. , And Drop bhi continue the 1.5 month tk... mujhe ab puri trh se dikhne lga hai... Pr dr. Ne ek aur inj. Lgane k liye advice kiya hai.. to sir mujhe lgwana chahiye ya nahi...sir plz aap suggest kijiye..kyuki ab mujhe pehle ki trh dikhne lga hai to fir bhi dusre inj. Ki requirement hai kya...??

You are absolutely right sir, it had commercial aspect. I am the victim of that aspect, when I visited eye doctor as I find some blur vision and I am suffered Diabetics BP but controlled the Doctor suggested Anti VGF injection and operated on me. When I shown to other eye specialist they suggested injection was not required only laser could be an effective solution. So during last 1 yr. most doctors are saying operation, injection etc and other doctors(most seniors and 20+ yrs exp doctors) are saying laser is best as I have controlled my Sugar and BP. Don't know what to do. As of now vision is stable.
