Thus, you can only grind those +1.67£ EV profit offers just couple of times a day, and need massive deposits to cover the betting exchange liabilities. Casino offers are garbage compared to 10-15 years ago, and will most likely cost you money even when using the optimal strategy. I think that's the real reason most people quit matched betting. Lack of opportunity and long term longevity.

Lots of people saying how easy everything is when its not. I am at the same point, completely confused. The problem isn't setting up the bets as Chris did here with the 2 ups for example. The real problem is doing the second level sign up offers. The beginner level was fine but then at second level you are having to set up accumulators backing and laying to earn the free bet to do the 2 up bet. I would happily pay a monthly subscription for someone to send me an email with a complete set of instruction each day for one bet.
@@TheTravellingEnglishTeacher I totally hear you- I said exACTly the same re accas/ build a bets/ refunds EPs etc & wishing there was a step by step instruction subscription for actual races & matches or even a couple of live sessions walking through actual ones- then I MIGHT get to grips- as it is, I'm going to attempt Cheltenham, then, prob quit- just too time consuming & frustrating. Kudos to people who manage it- I'm reasonably intelligent- but just don't get most of it !

Of course you need different bank acocunts. They need to be in the same name as the owner of the betting account. Otherwise, if they ever ask you for bank statements etc. you're screwed.

The reason people quit matched betting isnt because they run out of easy offers they quit because all your accounts get gubbed. The sports books watch for matched betters and limit their accounts in no time. Matched betting is not what it used to be. No way you'd make 25k nowadays
Sounds too good to be true..I gamble a fair bit but rarely win as I have moments of madness putting bigger stakes on and lose..I'm banned from bet fair and bet 365 so guessing this won't benefit me Chris?
Hey Phil, you can still make money without those accounts provided you can have the control to walk away with the profit and not be tempted to try and bet without laying. The golden rule is only place a back bet if you are covering the outcome with a lay bet. If not then just don't do it 👍

The straight up answer is yes you can lose in the short term of say a couple of weeks to a month at most in the worst case scenario but over time you will massively be in profit. My 27 months of earning £1k a month on average gives me the confidence to say this and know it's a fact. Yes they do have a 2up filter can also make your own filter up if you don't want to get on the lower leagues
