  • This short video is just how to prepare broccoli before cooking. Remove the florets separately so as not to destroy the complete bunch. I prefer to steam broccoli in a steamer to maintain as much as the vitamins as possible.

      Try a nice salmon filet with skin, frying pan or oven in foil.
