I'm not one to be a tank, but it looks beyond fun. I'm about the 4 piece Reclaimer set and 2 Lonestar with all healing skills for all support for my team. Your Tanktician setup looks just as useful im different ways. I'm not a big DZ guy, but this video made it more interesting as well. I think you just got a new subscriber. Tanks for the help! :)
+tony lucente he wasnt trying it just came along with his build, it all depends on if he is using smart cover and pulse. You saw in his video he melted players in litterally 1 second when he was using smart cover and his pulse and on top of that he was using a got danm LMG. imagine if he actually used a pp19. He would kill people even faster. His build is the perfect build hands down. it can do it all depending on what skill he's using.
i am close man.. 115k dps 680k tough 33k skill 4 peice tach and 2 piece final... all for dz except for two items although i run with pp19 since i use a maxed out pulse and i can make the most of it but the gun has a huge reticle and 80% exotic damage res

I doubt they will anytime soon. Ppl complained about sticky so final measure came out. people have complained about the high tank in tactician and the twenty percent buff for pvp just came out. So...don't you think they round of nerfed it by now? no, instead they come out with changes that could counter it.
Also, tactician can't drop anyone with a head to head straight weapon dmg fight. Sticky can't down half the ppl now so....you get what I'm saying? Yeah they troll ppl because they have that high toughness but they're only good in a team.
+Bomber1218 The devs already said they are going to fix it. They are worker on more than just buffing the 20% pvp damage. They know it is a real problem. You should never be one shotted by anything even if you are wearing final measure or not. You can't run the full striker or sentry build now because of it also.
I am running also Full Striker Set with 250k dps - 480k toughness and 15k skillpower and i dont get oneshoted by sticky bombs simply because i roll exotic damage resilience on a few items. I even run reckless chest piece and had no problems with sticky bombs which are maxed out at 250k dmg anyway.
I swear Marco is the only division player that has their in mind perfect build. lol its sad that in this game players have to grind as much as he did to get their in mind perfect build. good job Marco. first person to have a perfect build

Ty for finally showing your 700k build. I'm stuck at 535k toughness 240 gear. Nobody in my group will run FL with me and PUGs have not gotten any further than the 8th wave. I don't feel like I can further progress my character. It's very frustrating. I need 268 tacticians gear if my group wants me to continue with the support roll.
I dig this. I still prefer 3 tac, vig chest, 2 final measure. Currently run with 436 toughness and 54.2k skill. Smart cover is always maxed, so I don't have to worry about losing a teammate in this 2 second shotgun meta, and the booster first aid benefits the entire team as opposed to 700k toughness which just keeps you alive.

omg this build is god mode. it has everything you need to be a division agent. High damage on your weapons, almost maxes skills and tankyness. Omg if you use your smart cover and you have critical save you'll have a automatic survival link once your health goes to the last segment because smart cover gives you 50% damage resilience and critical save gives you 40% damage resilience and since resilience has 90% cap your in God most of the time.
Marco is clearly too smart for this game. His video have so much influence over the community its hilarious. If he said the any gun was the best weapon in the game, you would see tons of people using it the next day.
You can also use the "grey set" to force people to instant 89 second rogue timer. If they shoot you while wearing it, you will die instantly, not just get put down on your knees, resulting in a full timer, instead of 19 seconds.
javier fernandez Yes, but you misunderstood or I should have explained better. With people's toughness in the current meta, 1 bullet probably won't even make them go rogue. When wearing only grey gear, and you're trying to bait, that 1 bullet will force them rogue on a full timer instantly in most cases. It's probably a moot point anyway, since wearing greys in the DZ is pretty stupid, even for baiting, since any NPC shot is also instant death.

I did some dz yesterday and got a 4 piece tac with 2 lone star from HVTs. It's awesome. Constant Smart Cover and pulse or whatever. With the X-45 sidearm you don't even need ammo.

No, why would you put out videos like this? I've been rocking 700k toughness/36k Skill power with LMG L86 entire 1.3 life span. Now I'm going to see all these noobs running with it as well. Stop helping the community like this. ;) We who actually try these things out and putting the time into the game should always be OP. A truly amazing build Marco! thankyou for showing it! iv been wanting to see your final build for a very long time. Watching your in slot gear guide and all the videos you've done about the skills in the division, has helped me greatly as iv progressed through this game. Getting a build that optimised takes a lot of grinding, so its truly amazing to see your creation. Keep up the great work man, much respect!
marco with your build all you would need is one other guy to have a first aid over heal with triage and pretty much be at max health and max damage residence at all times and also high damage from your pulse and smart cover at the same time for both of yall. if you or him get low on health the dude with the heal just has to shoot his heal on the floor and you run through it over and over again until triage reset it. If he has an alphabridge set with the caduceus he can get his cooldowns back faster with assult rifle headshots. That would be sick gameplay to watch
+MarcoStyle Have you considered getting some 163 HE weapons so you might be able to unlock the talents regardless of the low Firearms stat? Suppose the loss in base damage with 163s might make it not worth the talents.

or you can just do what I do for avoiding rope cutting, and that is to wait until there is about 10 seconds or less to place items. If a group of agents approaches you, you can always run away and find another extraction.

This is my restock set up 2 AB and +100% 2 lonestar and +50% ammo on chest and +75% police backpack with a total of 70% ammo from 7 mod slots for a total of 295% ammo and 9 med kits.

As always quality video, mate. I'm gonna impress u with my build: 147 dps, 720 t, 28 sp ;) There's still room for improvement, as my mask is still 240 gs. If I find 268 with good rolls on it, I can go up to 730 t and 35 sp.
I have a total of 97% scavenging and before I rolled a piece to get the 82% extra I can tell a difference on my drops and loot. When it was at 15% I didnt get as many ammo drops from kills or loot. Most of the time my boss kills are a green drop and teammates with low scavenge are yellow.

They should patch the re-stocking exploit right away. It's absolutely silly. About cutting ropes, would the new shotguns' stagger ability stop someone as the frag does?
I really don't think that is an exploit. It's equipment specifically given to all players for use. Whether or not one takes advantage of it is totally up to them.
in my opinion toughness is very high. this is good when you're going to darkzone with team but in other situation (challenge or heroic) you should customize your suit for balance is the best.

Damn, earlier today I managed to recalibrate an L86 with Brutal that does over 10K of damage per round AND 29% out of cover damage. My other talents are Sustained and Balanced, so plenty would obviously outdamage mine with 2 or 3 damage talents, but what an awesome general purpose weapon with instant accuracy and healing to compliment Brutal and the 29% bonus. I didn't know LMGs had such a high headshot modifier, so it's even better than I realized. Brutal and Balanced synergize well with that 100% modifier. If you don't understand why, try Balanced on an LMG and see how fast you are landing a stream of headshots.
Hi Marco, thanks for sharing. I run a very similar build, but I have the problem that I need a lot of ammo as my DPS is similar to yours. Specially in the underground I´m running out of ammo fast as I need a lot to kill the enemies there. Do you have a good advice or did I miss something in your video? Hmm. I have a pretty solid hybrid based on Tact authority and I really enjoy the balance in my build, least I feel it's pretty balanced, but now I'm starting to see that a tank like this might be a bit more useful... I mainly try to stick to the PVE aspect, which is why I tend to do a lot of incursions as I try to help random people so being able to be the one to live while in sticky situations while still doing quite some damage is quite nice. I think I'll be losing my sanity soon also...

My only thing stopping from making a semi decent tactician build is... probably the min max rolls BUT also stamina mods

My other talents are Sustained and Balanced, so plenty would obviously outdamage mine with 2 or 3 damage talents, but what an awesome general purpose weapon with instant accuracy and healing to compliment Brutal and the 29% bonus. I didn't know LMGs had such a high headshot modifier, so it's even better than I realized. Brutal and Balanced synergize well with that 100% modifier. If you don't understand why, try Balanced on an LMG and see how fast you are landing a stream of headshots.
Marco should do video on how skilled on a Marksman rifle can be very good to recharge survival link in 4-5 headshots

I run a very similar build, but I have the problem that I need a lot of ammo as my DPS is similar to yours. Specially in the underground I´m running out of ammo fast as I need a lot to kill the enemies there.

marco quick question.. what do you do about the sentry m80 shotgunners? i know that they still melt down the highest of toughness even with smart cover..

Hmm. I have a pretty solid hybrid based on Tact authority and I really enjoy the balance in my build, least I feel it's pretty balanced, but now I'm starting to see that a tank like this might be a bit more useful... I mainly try to stick to the PVE aspect, which is why I tend to do a lot of incursions as I try to help random people so being able to be the one to live while in sticky situations while still doing quite some damage is quite nice. I think I'll be losing my sanity soon also...

Damn I'm a causal player only get to play 2 days a week and man didn't not know this game was that in depth . Only thing I got is a full alpha bridge gear set 😅
