Pretty great port job, feels almost at home with the rest of the base MK8 tracks. With some more obstacles and another lap I feel it could be an even more engaging track but I realize that's beyond your intention with developing this mod lol
Glad you liked it. I needed it to be completable in under 5 minutes at 100cc for online races (the race ends automatically once the timer reaches 5 mins), so it could either be 1 or 2 laps. I didn't add obstacles to keep the track as 1:1 as I could. I could've done more, made more animations but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
@@Claudio.26.05 Can there be a 5 lap or 3 lap for when your offline? 10 minutes is the limit for offline ( I revert to original lap count if i want to play online)
@@destroyermcw626 sure can be. Open the byaml with track studio, click on the course_muunt.byaml on the top left, then on the middle right select properties. There, look for "lap count" change it to whatever you want, then save it
Nintendo should add more waves to the BCP, and include Arcade GP DX courses. Since the courses have a similar thing to Tour city courses, in which there are usually two courses that share the same general location, they could use those floating arrow things, that changes the layout each lap. For example, DK Jungle combined with Bananan Labyrinth.
We already have the MOB_DK track already released. It is a finished version of DS Dokan Course called Pirahna Plant Pipeline. Fans of Donkey/Diddy Kong and Princess Daisy missed out on their preferred tracks. Nintendo has said any arcade Mario Kart tracks are not canon and will not be added in the BCP. Mario Kart DS is an official canon Mario Kart game.
very nice circuit congratulations. but a slight concern the base game to use is mario kart 8 using the distortion in this circuit the distortion is represented by the blue part off without this configuration the wheels spin to be flat on the track off in the video is not the case
This would not run on a wii u, and I don't know anyone that could port it and make it look 1 to 1. I'm not planning on porting any of my tracks myself either, sorry.
looks really cool but i think there needs to be more short cuts and harder parts because right now it looks like you arent doing that much with the joystick and looks quite boring

Hi, I would love to play this track on the 8 instead of the 8dx. The creator has no plans to create it, so please ask someone!

I didn't make the track, I ported the model from another game. Had I added new shortcuts and paths, it would not have been a port anymore

yes, after about 25 seconds in the race, they fall and act as road. They're not reskinned whomps though, they're reskinned pillars
