I think martian manhunter is the evil person killing important characters. "they look like us, sound like us, but they are not us. They are demons" could be referencing their shape-shifting capabilities and when superman says "they cannot be contenders" i think this the martians trying to remove anything that could threaten them.
But its just a theory.
I just came to that conclusion moments ago.
This theory holds weight given what has happened.
Plus manhunter is one of the few other people with rhe capabilities to do what kara (supposedly) did
Brilliant theory, I hope you’re right because 1) sounds very cool and 2) this clears up all the contradicting behaviors such as kal el being like a brother to Bruce and super girl being genuinely confused at the murders she was accused of.
Forgot this but when Bruce was stabbed, Clark did not react at all to holding kryptonite.
When I thought joker would get a power ring, I thought it would be a yellow ring or a black one as his ability to spread fear and death is legendary but never a green one. It shows that just willpower is not a measure of a good will

To be fair, Joker does have a strong will. Not only does he stand up to Batman, who is one of the most intimidating figures in Gotham, but he actively antagonize him without even a hint of fear. Joker doesn’t even have all that much fear, The only thing I can think of that he fears is becoming irrelevant.
I was going to crap on Joker with a green power ring.

When you remember the Indigo Tribe do not naturally feel compassion but are instead forced to, it makes more sense.

I'm calling it, the fake Clark and Kara is a Martian. It fits the prophecy, and I can't think of another shapeshifter that can fly.

It has to be him Clark and Kara do seem to be telling the truth plus it makes sense to try and kill Bruce because he's not just a detective but also a half blood. Plus Black Lightning mentions that they're demons who look human amongst them which makes me think John is in league with Trigon.
@@kwayneboy1524 prophecy might be fake or wrong like starwars but I don't think John is in league with trigon, I think he could betray the pierces but not on the level that would lead to deaths.
I'm going with the prophecy being right cuz it mentions they'll come from the stars, they'll look like us, that sounds like a shapeshifter.
I think the plan is to pit both sides against each other then invade when they're weak, kal and Bruce are injured, pierce and his son are dead, jor El is dead. When pierce comes back, he'd eventually go insane meaning they'd have to put him down again. Feels like secret invasion that way.

I really hope they continue with this version of these DC characters. It's refreshing to see a medieval take.
That's what I'm noticing out of both DC and the MCU they're both starting to lean more into the multiverse which is giving us all these new stories.
The Joker should be Indigo. Complete sociopath, forced to feel some compassion for once.
this is not the first time Luthor has been the joker. He also went isane and was Jokerized in Speeding Bullets, where interestingly Kal El is raised by the Waynes as Bruce Wayne and becomes the Batman

Iirc the original ring cannot affect wood in any way. Which is why Swamp Thing proved difficult to combat.

I haven’t been excited for a DC series in a long long time and this is the perfect one.
Man, Youre so much better than Comics Explained or Comicstorian you keep the story flowing in a way that's engaging without all the melodramatic reading of Comicstorian, yet give us the perfect amount of exposition from prior issues without going on a 5 minute tangent like Comics Explained. Your content is just superb. Keep it up Arris.
All of these channels have different styles its unfair to compare these channels and their way of storytelling when they set out to do different things

If you think about it, Joker sort of works for the green lantern ring, I mean sure the guy is BATSH** crazy but he’s got almost unbreakable willpower as Batman claimed the Joker to be an “absolute”….which basically implies his way of living and his will can’t be altered or negotiated with.(Which is MOSTLY true)

Before watching the video I thought Joker would've been a perfect recruit for the sinestro corps. I mea people often say Batman is because his whole deal is to inspire fear in the hearts of criminals but Joker is just as if not more terrifying. The chalk white skin the maniacal laughter the way how he so easily and indiscriminately kills friends and foes. I mean seriously give that Clown a yellow ring already.
...I'm reasonably sure that every established Green Lantern canon would have the Guardians in fucking apoplexy at the existence of a "Green Man" running homicidal roughshod over anywhere with a Lantern Corps ring.
Joker never struck me as the will power type.
The man taunts battle man on a regular basis and has little to no fears he has it in tons

Wow Jor-El and Thomas Wayne as friends man never thought two of our heroe's Furthers would ever be friends
Well in the comics, Thomas and Jor-El did meet each other before and became friends, in Superman/Batman issue #50, where his mind was teleported to Krypton by a Kryptonian probe. Thomas was responsible for convincing Jor-El to send baby Clark to Earth, and even stated that he would take care of him if he reached Earth.
Oh and Clark and Bruce are half brothers in this series.

I feel so rageful with how they portray Jor-el and Martha in this series (The good never gets to stay good).
They made her pined after his godly abilities and I don't know what in the world his excuse could have been.

There has to be a reason! Anger, self-esteem, lack of love, low commitment, need for variety, neglect, sexual desire? They both have their own loving and caring spouse so how can this violation of love occur?
Every action you make is approved by your brain which means YOU made a decision to make another human being feel miserable by enjoying your moment of happiness.
Now for the rest of their life, Bruce will always be that symbol (not his fault) of Martha and Jor-el infidelity.
