I've only been on a couple of these but I've already grown to like them. Declassified 1st Class is comfortable, and they ride soooo well even over bad track. After being on the absolute buck-fest that is the 701 the 458 felt like silk in comparison!!
They are decent . I was saying this last year i think in my last video of the 458s. The camera seems shaky, but honestly thats just the lack of security of the phone in my hands. These units are pretty smooth majority of the time. Yeah they rock a little or lightly juggle around (its impossible not to) but its very controlled. The bogies are a unique style made by alstom in the late 90s. They manage to look modern and sercure but be more smooth than electrostars. Without the added bulk. I mean i guess these are technically heavier than average non dual voltage electrostars by lime 2 tons. however thats probably because the driver coaches are longer by 1 meter. Etc. That being said, i assume you noticed the difference in acceleration in video. Its subtle but theres definitely a difference
@@SolomonClarkeTrains-nw1sf no worries. Thabks for telling me. So yeah, i cam hold it stable it just depends how im holding it and if im leaning the same camera hand against the wall or window. The shock transffers into the camera 🤣🤣or also how firm im gripping the camera. Sometimes i cant be fucked. 🤣

@@gapthemind--mindthegap8524 Yeah I just have a stable hand and assumed you did too lol.
Yep, many classes of train can be variable performance wise
