I'm new to this stuff and still learning but we extend the footplate by securing a small sheet of plastic from 1st around to 5th metatarsal heads then simply pouring the mixture in. Let dry. Only thing is it's a little more grinding. Great vid👍🏾
Your technique only extends the foot plate but doesn't level the foot plate in MT head. I guess
