Rare Carbon is the real deal. Great leather smell and last a long time on skin and days on clothes. A great alternative to Tom Ford Ombre Leather. A safe blind buy if you enjoy that leather smell.👍🔥

Fact. Amber oud is technically it's own company that bought the same presentation from AL Haramain. Why I have no idea and it's confusing as hell but is not AL Haramain.
I have both CDN sillage and milestone. Went to Dillard's to smell both the OG SMW and millesime imperial. They both smell 90% close. In my opinion milestone smells closer to the OG. Sillage smells pretty close as well. No need to spend the extra $400 unless you just want the OG for bragging rights
I notice a difference in the quality. There are just not as soft and easy on the nose as the originals. Still good though. Better used as daily beater scents if you ask me. Armaf is what you throw on when it’s NOT a special occasion

Have you tried afnan supremacy heaven? It's a SMW clone. I had it and gave it to my son. The metalic note bothers my nose in the opening, but smells great afterwards.
I have over 250 frags and want to stay around there which in includes 35% niche. I have enough variety and quantity that I don't buy that much anymore but when I do it's often a clone or "inspiration". Why not since it's the juice that counts. Also perfume collecting (unlike stamp collecting or something that appreciates) only loses money and goes bad eventually. In other words don't invest in it more than you are willing to lose.
I totally disagree that is goes bad and loses value. If anything it retains value or increases. Also, if you store your fragrances properly, they will last years. Also, fragrances are one of the only things you can split up and profit off of. I’ve paid for most of my collection because I sell decants of them on Poshmark. I never sell more than 1/2 a bottle. So for me it’s an investment and a small business.

How much was the sample pack? I got a decant of aventus last summer and was star struck. The notes were so clean and buy clean I mean, smelled well put together and high end.. But yeah. I got 4-5 hours max. Skin scent by hour 3
I bought the best clone of GIT Tres Nuit pour homme. It smells good but it legit smells like Irish spring water soap lmao. for like 23 dollars cant really complain tho.

@@dervon9526 I own it and although it does smell good I would consider it more unisex than for men only. the opening and the early mid leans feminine but it dries down into a more refined leather scent without all the florals. This is coming from a Alabamian grissly Adams looking man.
I mildly agree bought Amber and Leather and is extremely synthetic, everyone I’ve got to smell it turned their noses up to it. Had them smell the TF and they didn’t have the same reaction.

I wore sillage yesterday after posting how much I didn't like it. 2 sprays, one on upper chest/neck and one on my shirt. Smelled pretty sterile last night but today about 18 hours later it really smells pretty good.
@@Snk13_ty it's been macerating since last August lol. It was one of my first clone blind buys. Like I'm scared of armaf because I've tried aventus B4 but never SMW. Maybe if I had decanted SMW first I wouldn't have been so upset with sillage.
