I am not one to hate on clones like I used to be. Oud For Glory was the one to fully convince me how good clones are now. Especially Maison Alhambra. They are literally bringing you the exact same scent, not inspired by, but duplicate scents. Tobacco Touch just brought Tobacco Vanille to my collection, and they did such an amazing job.
I’m not sure I agree with this. I loved Oud for glory, and thought it was enough. But I got a sample of Oud for greatness and I was surprised at how different it was. Not to go into many details, the main difference that I picked is that Oud For Greatness dries really nicely. It leaves this very masculine, woody, perhaps smoky subtle smell on my skin that I loved. Oud for Glory kinda dies and goes away.
Hey Dallas, a great way I like to remember the Al Haramain fragrances is that there are two separate lines within them. You have the normal Amber Oud line then you have the Amber Oud Exclusif line. So the normal Amber Oud line has a Bleu Edition which, like you said, is a Bleu De Channel clone. Then in the Exclusif line, the Bleu (edition) is a Layton clone. Hope this helps anyone that was confused or had a question. Awesome video man like usual!
Prices for high-end fragrance seem to keep creeping up. I gave up with these prices. Best list of the year so far. Thanks for this budget friendly video. Just ordered Ferragamo intense leather. Next order will be Asad.
I own 2 of those you mentioned, ASAD and 9PM. I love them! Performance wise, it’s a big deal. Better than Ultramale in my opinion. In Asad, you will save alot😅
We have to start treating clones as stand alone fragrances. These frags are excellent stand alone scents. Sadly, they receive a negative connotation when they’re labeled clones. But I have LaYucaquan, Blue Edition, Tobacco Edition, Rouge Edition, Sillage, CDNIM, Milestone and others. These are all excellent fragrances. Sillage is one of my more complimented scents. Latafa Asad smells soooo close to the really old aventus batches with that sweet smoke/pineapple dna. maybe it’s just how it works on my skin but it’s astonishing

The Amber Oud Exclusif line is NOT by Al Haramain. It’s by a unbranded fragrance house that is mimicking the original Amber Oud line. Al Haramain have confirmed this. It’s still an amazing fragrance, but reviewers shouldn’t promote it as an Al Haramain original, neither should retailers. This didn’t stop me buying one though!!

I had my afnan for approx. 30 dollar and honestly is a very good perfume, i mean i've never tried ultra male and i won't because 9pm just doing the job
when it comes to quality and performance, Dior beats Asad hard. In principle, Asad has no approach. I wouldn't overestimate the similarity between the two perfumes. Asad can even be treated as a separate fragrance with a similar profile but going in a different direction.
Asad is tops, only bought it to pad out the collection and spare the designer ones but rapidly promoted this to special wears. Has easily surpassed quite a few of my former faves

I won't even lie. I have little. Experience with designer and niche brands. And. I'm OK with that. I've gotten alot of clones solely because the reviews have been good. And iv yet to be let down. I do have two bottles of Versace Dylan blue which will be a staple in my drawer. But man. 9am dive, toscano leather, star men nebula, emir wild and tobacco ( I had samples of mancera and prefer the wild and tobacco) insurrection 2 wild, and maison alhambra baroque rouge 540 are absolutely phenomenal for me. Hoping one of the big reviews I follow reviews the maison alhambra baroque rouge extrait version 😉

I guess I'm in the minority, but I don't think Lattafa Asad smells like Sauvage Elixir. it's maybe 75% to my nose. It's definitely missing a certain piercing freshness. I was disappointed in blind buying it, but it's so cheap I wasn't SUPER upset. Still smells nice, but isn't Sauvage Elixir.

As long as it’s kept away from sunlight (in its box works) and in a temperature controlled place, where temperatures don’t fluctuate like a bathroom, you should be good. I’d store it in the coldest place in your house. Keep mine in the garage in the winter and in basement in the summer.

Lattafa and others get more popularity day by day but i still think that a lot of clones (like asad, don't kill me) aren't worth it cause they either don't last long or smell cheap. I would really love to see a clone quality ranking where all lf the "great" clone fragrances are ranked for their respective quality. I spend the 150 for sauvage elixir when it launched and now got Asad, when i first sprayed Asad i didnt get elixir at all. After like half an hour it started to smell more like it, ill just except it doesnt smell 100% like sauvage but i get the same vibe for 100 euro less.

You will smell elexir the next day soft but amazing aromatic but asad you won't be able to smell, if you try 10 sprays you will smell less than 1 spray elexir but like a synthetic mess if so. Or detour noir, it smells great but not nearly as smooth as layton.

Exclusif bleu is not made by al haramain. Esclusif bleu is their own brand. The bottles are the same though. Al haramain fragrances say "al haramain" on front of bottle.
I find the Asad the absolute best deal ever. Dior Sauvage Elixir blew me away and I had no idea how good it was until for $25 I got it. I found the bottle very good and well done. Such a great job.
dude if u dont mind, i recommend u to drop the clone's picture & the original parfum's picture on your scene for several seconds when u mention the name. its gonna help anybody who knows the parfum but forget how the bottle looks like. also maybe you cant drop big notes on your scene, how many % the similiar's scent between the colone vs the original, on your next video. thankyou.

Afnan 9pm is fantastic. And last longer than 90% of my more expensive fragrances. Asad is very good too.

Asad only smells like elixir on the opening. The dry down is different. So it smells close maybe 10 mins tops.
i think ruby is way more spot on to br540 extrait than bleu exclusif to layton, but it is objectively high quality

ASAD is not an Elixir clone, it lacks the spicy note that the elixir had. It has the vibe but its not a clone.
The Tux costs like 50£ in UK , I'll pass . No way I'm paying that much for Lattafa.
