This is pretty sweet.$500 for this fully loaded 1/7 scale crawler goes to show that other manufacturers have been gauging us for years.

A great review as usual. It really performed well. It looks a well designed crawler. One of the criticisms I have seen is the steering radius. I just watched tip from a long time RUclipsr. To improve the steering. You have to go into the transmitter menu to servo and change the steering angle from 90 to 180 and then your end points.
I can tell that your filming / editing methods are changing / evolving as you grow. Even on tik tok. And I absolutely love it, the attention to detail does not go unnoticed. Awesome job man.

I have the rlaarlo terminator in carbon and it’s a great Basher, this looks like a cool rig, hopefully they make aftermarket for it

As a trx4 main, you can't go wrong with this for $500. Really a nice rc for the price. Epic cover as usual
Just to be clear, the vehicle as seen performing in the video was $680 ($500 base vehicle, $50 for the Jurassic paint scheme, $50 brass portal covers x 2, and $30 skid guards). Also, I’ve seen some reviews that show this as coming with a 3s battery which it does not (another $60 from Rlaarlo - or better off using your own).
Also not clear if Rlaarlo will offer free shipping during the pre-order period.
And not that you have to have those things, but if you have your heart set on the specific look and performance of the rc in this video, that’s a more accurate price point.

I wonder if there'll be decent aftermarket wheel/tire options. That 2.5 is a new size, right? I imagine Treal will offer something for it. Maybe some current 2.2" options aren't too far out of scale?

how old is your son now? my 3 year old son is really into it, I can imagine it being even more fun as they get older with them getting better at driving

I love your channel and your content. So, please don't take this wrong or targeting you. I personally am so annoyed with these companies providing all the YTers with product samples and not have them ready for sale. This is the four review of the same product but a different color today. So, thanks for your pointless comment. An embargo being lifted or not does change the fact of my point that the company provided a product for review but doesn't have the product ready to sell. Is this water proof?
We took it through deep water and lots of mud with no issues. Didn’t fully submerge it but got close. I can’t say for certain it’s entirely waterproof though
1/10 scale or larger triggers my Vertigo and makes me Throw up. Looks cool. I don't think i would be able to even unbox one let alone Touch it. Weird huh.

My personal opinion, Rlaarlo overpriced this thing. They are pushing into premium market space, and they are releasing a brushed version for $500. Plus all the options that the reviews get with their kits are extra for the buyers. The Brass wheel weights, and other options are included to give the reviewers a better driving experience to help get positive reviews. The customs do not get the same kit the reviews have. This is a $349 RC all day. After all, it's a Rlaarlo.
I think the launch prices are fair for what you get. The full retail prices are out of range in my opinion. I also wish we had gotten bone stock trucks to test
500 for a 1/7th scale is priced wrong? The 1/6 axial is twice the price. This for what it is, is pretty feature rich for the price, it’s not for me I don’t have the trails for a large scale crawler around me 1/10th works best, but I feel the price is reasonable. And they gave the reviewers option parts so consumers can see some of the parts they have available.
Quality on my rlaarlo cars are excellent. Horizon or traxxas would charge $999 for something like this and they would be garbage.
Full operational differentials front and rear, rwd, fwd,4wd completely customizable lighting, you’re insane if you don’t think this is a fair price
@Will-po4gd lol end of the day it's still A Brushed Rlarrlo. Difference of opinion, I guess. The SCX6 and MK07 are not even close out of the box. I'm not saying it's priced too far off from where it should be for a Brushed RC like this but for the price they should of included the same parts that all the testers got. There's a reason why Rlaarlosent them out to testers in this "extra" config. They wanted the best reviews possible to circulate but than someone buys one and they realize what they bought want drive and handle the same way as all the great reviews they watched about it. So now the buyer has to go and spend more money just to make the RC perform like the reviews. To me, I think that's crap. They should send them out to reviewers in the exact configuration as box stock.

Knock off jurassic park, knock off hyrax.. the tire diameter is 5.9” that’s like big 2.2 tires. When I first saw it I was like “ why is everyone so excited over a new bright”.. spending $500 on a “ I don’t want my kid to smash up my scx6” Rc is a bit steep.. And by the time you make it capable of hanging with the scx6 you could just buy a scx6
