I appreciated hearing about your struggles to find clothes you liked before, and how you finally feel like you now. I can't wait to have more choice, more options... I love the rocker looks with the leather jacket the best.
I'd be curious to know how others react to you now, when you're just out in town, and whether it's different than before. Like, do people notice you more, interact with you more? Or less? I always feel like I'm basically invisible to people because of my size, and I wonder if it'll change when I'm at my goal weight.

Looooved this video! that's what I live for haha keep them coming xx and I totally understand what you said about not being able to dress like that at 323lbs. I remember my mum saying to me for many years since a teenager "just because you're fat doesn't mean you have to dress like a sack of potatoes". I kept trying to make her understand that it wasn't only that I didn't find myself attractive, it was part of the problem but not only. It was the fact that I didn't find my size in shops, that going shopping was torture for my feet, that cute clothes (if I did find some), were not comfortable, they would get stuck at the wrong places, I'd spend my whole day pulling of them to put them back in their place. That nice shoes, yes, were nicer looking than trainers, but I'd end up with bleeding feet at the end of the day and at 300lbs, my feet couldn't bear anything but trainers. That some materials would make me sweat like crazy, that I was afraid I would pop a button, that the rubbing of my thighs was only tolerable with a thick pair of trousers in between them... etc etc etc... the list is endless. So yeah, in short, love fashion related videos and I can't wait to be at the point you are in your weight loss journey xx
Oh Juliette, I know exactly what you mean. I remember how my back fat used to eat my bra straps or constantly fidgeting with clothes to try and make them sit right. Please please please let me know when you finally get to wear what you’ve always wanted xx
@@HalfofCarla I definitely will xx! I'm about 20kg away from my goal weight so I refrain from buying anything I'd really like just yet... I think I'll be there in September! Can't thank you enough for the inspiration! I always thought that even if I lost weight, I would still somehow look "fleshy", because that's "my body type, that's what I am, I'm naturally boxy" 😂 well, we'll see about that when I reach the 60kg range.

I feel you on this Carla, currently losing weight and it's nice to start buying clothes I like. I also wear a lot of black at work because it's just easier for me to find items and coordinate to look smart.

I need to lose 3-4 stone. I'm sick of 'hiding' in hoodies and black. I want to wear colours but I feel too unfit. when I was 22, I was 12 stone. I'm now 45 and 17 stone. But your videos have helped me. I now try to walk an hour every day but my legs hurt so much that I have to stop a few times, and it's really embarrassing.
I love love LOVE your style! I hope to someday get back to my old self so I can feel pretty and feel attractive. I wear leggings and concert t-shirts most of the time. I used to make a lot of my own clothes and loved standing out in the crowd. Is it really possible that I could do what you have done? I honestly feel pretty frickin' hopeless right now.
