The OG triple volt was the most fun team ever. Their kit synergizes each other like Tian's draining HP passive, Fenrir's lifesteal, Rubilia's thorns, and because Tian is always drain ur HP and Rubilia's thorns count as player unit so Fenrir's songworld quake will always active, and the most fun part is that your HP is going 📈📉everytime.
I do miss playing some older units. My current team comp is Tian, Rei, Mimi, and the results are really good. I STILL think Tian has the coolest looking discharge animation in the game. Too bad you're supposed to discharge cancel it xD

Its interesting how some older comp/weapons is better than newer weapons for some situation. Like I luv YanMiao but she sucks big time in air battle againt flying monsters since her dash attk buff dont work in the air. Its actually more efficient to use NanYin on field for air battle even though shes a subdps. Makes me wonder what other weapons would exell in air battle 🤔
I've always used Fenrir until now, but in my opinion he still can't be replaced first my comp:fenrir-lin-nemesis, then rainbow fenrir,lin,saki and mono volt with meme-fenrir-rubilia and now i use mono volt fenrir-meme-and rei still use fenrir instead of nan yin :V

@@sipnop1I'd use a benediction char instead, as they can help you with healing and buffing your teammates. Cocoritter and Zero are cheap (can be obtained even from dark nuclei) and good, tough Zero needs a star to start healing. Nemesis and Lyra are great and can be obtained from gold nuclei. If you have the ssr box from this 4.0 event and want to get a benediction char from it, I highly advice choosing Lyra. Her shields will be very useful for your teammates
My fav comp is mingjing nanyin and fiona cause mingjing recovery a lot of hp. Can fenrir's recovery and survival replace mingjing? I like her design and playstyle.
Anytime I watch a TOF video. I feel like im playing the game wrong & built the wrong build. My main is tri volt w/ mimi, brevey & the double pistol chick(bc she was easy to get to A6). I pulled for mimi & brevey. I have Frieren now but only 1 star. I don't have Rubila. Been busy trying to get Mimi & Brevey to max. In my opinion. It's a good team. Dps/2 healer build.
That's because optimal team builds always shift when there's a new character so there's plenty of things to consider which in my opinion is the best part. There's the bunch that cares about dealing the best possible damage so they only stick to the meta comps but there's also those who just want to build a functioning team and that 's perfectly fine!

Yeah, Altered Fenrir with Fiona and Nan Yin would work pretty well. Gameplay would still be 80% Fenrir on-field, only swapping to Nan Yin when her skill is up and to Fiona for discharge and skill buffs.

Fenrir matrices? Pretty good if you don't have any other alternatives but wouldn't recommend investing into. Lyra 2pc still the best universal standard matrice as of 3.7. With frost-volt/volt-frost being a thing now, most 2/4pc of recent frost characters will also favor volt so there's that as well.
Damage wise you'd wanna go for Rei and replace Saki. Although that would change the gameplay by a lot since you'll have to rely on Fenrir Dash attack spam combo.

In terms of lifesteal, Fenrir is definitely better than Ming Jin. Damage wise tho ming jing will be better plus he has the execute mechanic~

you can just use another frost unit to make fensaki work nowadays escpecially with dual elements
Yes, yes! But have to take into account that your damage would split into Frost/Volt so it won't be that optimal on certain contents like sequential
