Timmy is the true leader of this team. And he's demonstrating maturity in every situation. Dezign is not a bad guy, but he does have an anger issue. And to be fair, Enemy was walling before he called to the nut. You'll notice that he only rages at Enemy, in the same way that Sweet only raged at Gild. Hal's rages aren't serious in the sense that he actually thinks his teammates are stupid, and at this point is just funny, and usually right. Dezign goes from zero to 189% in an instant, and it's not even Enemy's fault. They should have taken the tower when Timmy called it, and Dezign should have smoked towards the wall in the direction they were running. And he won't admit mistakes, and is silent when Timmy calls him on it. This is a learning opportunity for him.

@Korrea00 I don't think so. Timmy's greatest strength is that his playstyle is abnormal. He looks for tricky maneuvers, positioning, and unexpected dives. His best gameplay is solo where he makes his own path. I'm pretty sure he played with Hal after Snipedown left. TSM was trialing new teammates and I don't think Timmy listened well.

Only time I rage at my friends is when I'm shot calling stuff and they ignore the call even when i make it repeatedly, and I let it go a lot easier than this guy. When you are in a team environment, especially when you are paid for it, that is straight up unacceptable. You have to be professional and control yourself, only constructive talk in team play scenarios in games, anything that's not useful you squash.

It don't matter how good you are if you don't trust the process and just keep falling back to your old habits (raging Dezign,Enemy sometimes not listening, Timmy sometimes swinging too deep) shit won't change. I HIGHLY doubt this team is gonna stay together after ALGS even if they win. It's just way too much mental problems for everybody.
I'm not cheering for DSG tbh cuz they ain't my fav team but bro it's so sad to see them now compared to how they played when they got together back then. Loosing the FIRST tournament you have as a team even tho the overall perfomance was pretty good shouldn't have that kinda impact on the team morale.
I do have to say timmy trying to cheer everyone up in this clip is something that is really good man. This might not be my fav team but he def is one of my fav players.
Dezign really needs to realize tho improvement has to be worked for not demanded in an instant.

@Korrea00 I don't think so. Timmy's greatest strength is that his playstyle is abnormal. He looks for tricky maneuvers, positioning, and unexpected dives.
His best gameplay is solo where he makes his own path.
I'm pretty sure he played with Hal after Snipedown left. TSM was trialing new teammates and I don't think Timmy listened well.
I really ask myself how long Disguised Toast is gonna watch this until he drops Dezign

Clearly his rages affects his teammates too, seeing even how Timmy, the most positive, sound and cheerful guy in the scene makes faces like these just tells you how awful it's been for them.

If the team improves their comms overall and Dezignful improves his mental, this team is definitely contending with DZ for winning this Split.
Only time I rage at my friends is when I'm shot calling stuff and they ignore the call even when i make it repeatedly, and I let it go a lot easier than this guy. When you are in a team environment, especially when you are paid for it, that is straight up unacceptable. You have to be professional and control yourself, only constructive talk in team play scenarios in games, anything that's not useful you squash.

Dezign is just objectively pathetic, you can speak assertively and determinately to your team in a constructive way without yelling and acting like an entitled brat. He's obviously going to take the route of "I'm just passionate" or something, but passion should lead to reflection and improvement above being emotional first and foremost, which he clearly can't seem to get out of his own head and how angry he is, to do any of that. Sad to see that from a grown man.

Getting to an argument is very normal for the team but this was too much.
Since timmy stayed quiet designs decisions have been noticeably throwing there games
So many fans have never competed for anything or had to play an organized sport lol. Every locker room or team environment i've been apart of is a mixed bags of emotions and temperaments. Dezign is excessive for sure, but you need someone to call out the bullshit and keep things in line. They're competing at the highest level. There's going to be rage.
They have a good team balance because Timmy is so chill and easy to talk to. Also it's not like they haven't been successful in their short time as team. Ups and downs, but when it matters most it seems they show up.

Dezign is a double-edged sword. Sometimes, his rage is justified and can be an effective way of correcting small mistakes that shouldn't happen. But when his rage is unjustified and he's in the wrong, team morale falls apart. I think Timmy knows this and is trying to manage it as best he can.
He could just say the exact same thing in a clear concise manner instead of losing his shit. It’s never justified to freak out like that. It’s a waste of energy. Anyone that thinks it’s good to scream the way he does? 99% chance they’re a child.
