I really liked the lyrics in the second one, the lyrics I could pick out. I’m with Ixi, a striped down version would be great, focusing on the lyrics in the mix😊
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by harmonizing my voice with the sax, 3 different interpretations of that came to mind, and only one of them sounds like something I might want to explore - treating the sax similarly to how I often treat my vocals such that I play additional 'copies' of the recording with a keyboard. I doubt that's the one you meant. :p The lead 303 you should watch out for is bitcrushed. :) In Etude 53, those aren't merely drums sampled from my kit, but that's me straight up drumming, without any quanitization even, in the first week I've ever done any physical drumming ever (can you tell I'm proud of myself? :P) Though I was missing some comment on my violin in it, also quite new to me. This song happens to be the second ever where I recorded my violin, and the second ever where I recorded the drums. (The first of both were in different songs). Stripped down Melody? haha. At least for the most part up to the crescendos my songs don't tend to be too much on the overwhelming side for you. :) Thanks for the video as always. :)
I thought it sounded really good. I think you could mix it to give the vocals a little more. Stripping down the rest would give it more but if that’s the feel you want go for it.😊
