They will never go in this deep, but for a skilled technician this is a cake walk, random stranger on the internet!

Do you know by any chance how to clear the BIOS admin password? Or at least the IC in the board that stores the info and if by grounding it can be cleared?

No, the laptops should come with a hard drive that has Windows installed on it. It sounds like someone took the hard drive out before they sold it to you.

Yes, but the CPU is in FCBGA1168 case. For replacing it You need good soldering station and skill.

No, the GPU is integrated in CPU. The CPU has BGA case and can not be removable.
