Ok, now this been released I call upon the touhou fans to explain us that doesn't know the lore On what is going on here and what the lores is for this song
This is of the "Perfect Cherry Blossom Incident", to sum up the lore there is a super evil tree in the Nether world that never blooms (for good reason as that would kill a lot of people) due to being sealed by the sacrifice of a woman who's body is sealed beneath it's roots. The Ghost of that woman, Yuyuko (the pink haired girl), has forgotten why the tree never blooms and desires to see it (plus learn who is buried beneath) so she gathers the Spring from Gensokyo to concentrate it into the tree to break the seal and force it to bloom. You stop her and return the Spring.
This takes place in Touhou 7, where it's already May yet the weather is still winter. Pink-haired ghost girl (Yuyuko) wants to make her giant dead cherry blossom tree (Saigyou Ayakashi) bloom to release the body and soul inside it (Yuyuko's corpse and soul, but she doesn't remember that) and is collecting the spring in Gensokyo for that purpose. The protagonist (either Reimu, Marisa, or Sakuya) starts beating up suspicious people until they find and stop Yuyuko and return spring back to Gensokyo.
So, Perfect Cherry Blossom is the 7th game in the series. I haven't actually beaten the game myself, but I know the story, I'm sure any other Touhou fans will jump on and correct any mistakes I make, but here goes. Short version: a ghost princess stole spring to try make a tree bloom. Heroines apply violence until problem goes away. Long Version: The story of the game is basically, the heroines Reimu Hakurie (red shrine maiden), Marisa Kirisame (the witch) and Sakuya Izayoi (who's not in this song, but did show up in Skarlet Sky due to being the 5th boss in the 6th game), notice that for some reason winter isn't ending and set out to find the cause. In classic Touhou fashion this actually means they brutally assault anyone they come across until they find the culprit. First they find Cirno, an ice fairy who despite all evidence to the contrary believes themselves the "The Strongest" and is determined to prove it. Then they find Letty Whiterock a Yuki-Onna (Snow maiden youkai) who they assume is the culprit due to having snow powers. Then a random bakeneko (shapeshifting cat spirit) called Chen who canonically has tried to raise an army of stray cats by bribing them with Catnip. The Girls then stumble across the Youkai magician Alice Margatroid, who is one of the few characters to come over from the re-boot at the 6th game. Alice is often shipped with Marisa by fans, in cannon I believe they have a friendly rivalry as fellow witches. She points the heroines up into the sky, where, in the song at least, cherry blossom petals have been falling from, despite only blooming in spring. Flying up into the sky, passing a fairy called Lilly White (who has the stated ability to "Announce that spring has come", she's the fairy who briefly shows up at the 4:06 in the song), they encounter a trio of poltergeists playing musical instruments and then find a portal to the netherworld, which is I believe stated to be a broken boundary. In the Netherworld they encounter Youmu Konpaku, a half phantom gardener and bodyguard of the spirit princess Yuyuko Saigyouji. Yuyuko reveals that she has stolen spring itself to try and force a magic cherry tree called the "Saigyou Ayakashi" to bloom to resurrect the corpse buried underneath it, apparently unaware that it was her own corpse. Despite Yuyuko having the cannon ability to just invoke death on her enemies (Thankfully spellcard rules prohibit straight up killing your opponent), the heroines defeat Yuyuko and return spring to Gensokyo. The two women at the very end of the song are Yukari Yakumo and her nine tailed fox shikigami (think a familiar spirit, but much more powerful) are the two secret bosses of the game. Chen the cat from earlier is revealed to be Ran's Shikigami, and Yukari is revealed to be the one who opened the barrier to the netherworld. The heroines defeat her and request she repair the barrier, which she kind of does... not enough to stop Youmu and Yuyuko from crossing over sometimes (such as in the 9th game as playable characters). Yukari likely broke the barrier in the first place due to being close friends with Yuyuko since she was alive. Yukari is a fairly big deal in the overall cannon of Touhou, often brought up as one of the most powerful characters in lore, and one of the founders/creators of the setting Gensokyo. Hope this overly long ramble helps

This actually brought tears to my eyes, really epic ballad and the part with Yukari at the end transcended even the awesomeness of the rest of the song
Absolutely a massive step up from the EoSD narrative song. While with EoSD it did feel like the song was being forced along the path of the EoSD story; this flowed much better and ended up being really good. I hope that final bit is teasing at a Necrofantasia in the future, but amazing work from everyone involved!
It does fit Reimu personnality tbh to be forced along. She is kinda straightforward, violent, and kinda dumb. She will beat up everyone randomly until she finds the information she wants.
TBH the biggest difference for me is the lack of the off-putting growly screechy voice that you can barely understand. Though it does come at the cost of sometimes not being able to figure out who's meant to be speaking a given line since they sound pretty similar XD

I genuinely think this is the best song you've made yet. It's at least in the top 3. The only thing you could've done to make this better was if you included Sakuya. The art, the lyrics, and the beat is all perfect. The year long wait for this song was definitely worth it.
