It's not... There are skills that give loot multipliers and my skills are all maxed. I've only been playing a couple months and came here to learn the game and ended up liking the people. Imagine that.
Oh noes...... I know what happened.... I run a private server myself just to see why stuff like this happens. Ok, explaination time....yup its boring LOL! When it generates the map procedurally its random. However it takes into account the landmarks, roadways etc, and works its math around them to generate the main map itself. I know there was an update recently that makes the ship hit land now. HOWEVER, this.....clipping nonsense.....shouldn't happen. It should port where the port was there. This is some sort of script error someone tried to add into the server (probably an plugin for oxide) without properly setting up the config file. So its just running as it does out of the box, incorrectly..... To all those tater haters saying "Play unmodded or populated". I play modded and unpopulated.....I do that to understand what the game is actually doing so when i setup my server i aint making the same mistakes. And perhaps this person prefers a low population as they may have JUST started to play and still has no idea what's really going on. Granted tho they are hacking a crate on the ship tho..... BUT that could be a modded thing as well. This kinda looks like the event manager plugin acting up tho, locations for the ship are WAY off.
Maybe play vanilla... Maybe you won't have those bugs xD
