- ABOUT THIS VIDEO
Part 2 of 2, for my Pro-Line Pro-MT reveal.
This video reveals the marble-effect paint job, I have on my truck and shows how it was done. I tried to make it as easy to follow, as possible, and I hope you find it useful.
If you like the marble effect, give it a go! It's dead easy and looks great!
I also give my thoughts into the Pro MT's Sentinel body shell, the masks, stickers, etc. Does it do the rest of the kit justice?
Do I still feel this is the best kit I have ever built, now that it is 100% complete, shell and all??

At the time of this video, I have not yet used this truck. I cannot wait to give it go! The issue I had with the servo horn/steering link has been sorted, as I have fitted the new alloy horn, plus used a narrower ball-joint on the steering link. Time will tell, if they hold up.
Stay tuned for the first bash video!
Cheers!

Once again, Apologies for the grainy/blurry image. The camera is full HD, but it doesn't seem to be good indoors and/or with poor-to-mid light conditions. We will be investing in a Go Pro camera, at some point, for this kind of video.

Nice job boss. Here's a tip for future projects. After you're done painting the inside of the body, you can cut out small parts of the mask on the outside (the trim around the windows, the truck bed, bumpers, etc.) and spray those for a little added detail. Just make it pop a little bit.
Good tip, thanks for that! I'll pin, so that others can see it. Cheers.

I just got tired of trying to mask on the inside and getting frustrated, then I realized that the whole body already has a built in mask on the outside.
That came out really well,a proper one off shell
+nitrodog rc Thank you! Yeah, I'm pleased with it. She looks a treat.
I've watched a few vids of the marbling and honestly your is one of the best and you picked the right colours and the black really makes it pop 👍 👍
Thanks, Phil! That's fantastic to hear! I just wish my old video camera showed-off the colours properly, because it really didn't! Cheers.

Do you have an email I could ask you a question regarding this please mate I absolutely love it by the way 😍
Did you use a solid color red or a candy or translucent red?
Translucent red- Tamiya PS37.
Can you use plastic gloves as well?
Yes, as long as there are no fibres.
