For me, even more so than the power of friendship, the most important lesson I learned from CC is to never dismiss stuff out of hand. Almost every time I've thought "there's no fucking way that's possible" and used it as an excuse to not even try, it turned out to be possible after all. I'm so glad I took the extra few minutes to really think about the Literal Dream Clear (and the several hours to actually grind it out). CC was a good game mode, and I will miss it dearly. Thank you for this wonderful sendoff.
Got jumpscared by my own face at 3:17 lmfao This put such a smile on my face dude, makes me so happy to know my determination helped inspire you to push as high as you could go. Fake Waves and Basepoint were the only ones where I got the chance to push myself, it felt fucking awesome getting my casters to 27 and proving to myself that I'm not a weaklink or faint of heart. Really gonna miss CC after the closing act of its era but hopefully both of us will still refuse to yield and greet future challenges on the battlefield, POO doesn't stand a chance against me and my crew (I'm blaming you entirely for the fake waves brainrot this is the worst plan you ever hatched oh god please someone help me)
The only thing that i wished the dev does towards the previous CC we veterans gone through is to rerun them all over and put them ass perma mode just like Integrated Strategies _Challenge & test your limits, for each tribulations you suffered, for every trials you've failed... you can overcome the boundaries that hold you_ _Arknights Contingency Contract 0 - 12_
@@rayhanqhadafi9688the only one i kinda had some issue with was chen alter, she is unique and fun, but where as other alters are what if's, character growth-related, or just an improvement in combat for 3 star op's that have been with us from the beginning, Chen alter took a character growth related alter and made her just kinda wacky, with the ridiculously powerful water gun thats 10x better then her legendary dragon slaying sword, it just kinda puts me off, all the other alters are either good, or atleast not bad, just kinda another option
You really captured the vibe of CC perfectly here. I regret not being there for those streams (though I did watch Zhi for a while), and I still have no idea how you managed the movement speed tag, but you did it, and that's really what CC is all about. I already miss it. It's going to be rough adjusting to Pinch-Out.
Man, it makes me feel sad that I was very busy with assignments and couldn't really play around with this CC but I'm very glad you were able to break CN's records, we got them for once! Now we just wait for the person Xillu commisioned for the thumbnail
I relate to this video too hard lmao. I highly doubted azling could go beyond r21 after seeing how ridiculous stupid heavyrain dodging was and then seeing someone else get it, but then the strategy just clicked for me after accidentally messing up a run and then discovering the most bs mechanic of firewatch switching targeting due to enemies shifting when they get blocked. All it took was a rush on the last day of cc when I got that record of r22 and I agree it was so much more memorable with the fellow azling friends that helped me along the way (for helping with my potgated heavyrain damn it, but also sloomy for proving that r21 was even possible that made me push for the higher risk). It is quite sad that I joined arknights so late to have only experienced the last four cc's and azling nicheknight clearing only two of them. I will miss this mode for sure and I just hope for the best for arknights.

So sad to see CC go, it really feels as if Hypergryph started to go the wrong direction somehow. They had a win when they introduced skip tickets for anni, but reversed it by creating SSS, they had CC but replaced it with something that was untested and nobody liked, they had incredible limited banners (W, Rosmontis) and somehow ended in an endless loop of random alters (sure some make sense, but a lot don't). Hypergryphs direction seems without a clear direction right now and that has me worried.
HG seems to get off on alters tbh ngl And I do agree only some of them make sense with having alters, but I do wish they'll add more original/hyped-up existing characters as strong/unique limited operators Tho tbf there are some alters I still liked that also felt like they made sense for their character

I love cc, i first started on cc2 and ofcourse as a week 1 account i didnt even clear anystage of it lol. but every cc along the way has been very very enjoyable for me and i wanted to give cc12 a big goodbye(personally) but with all the schoolworks in my head i misscheduled my r18 clear ONE DAY LATE, and guess who doesn't have the trim YES ME HAHAHAHAHA MWHAHAHAHAHAHAH HA MWHAHAJSBSHA HA HAB AHA AHABAHA AHA but do i regret it tho? no, not really
F, I have everything that I need for the W2 Max Risk clear for CC#12, but I just don't have the time to grind it out because of university, so I'm stuck with a W1 Max Risk clear instead. (At least I still got the full trimmed medal and its set + every Daily CC Max Risk cleared.)

I miss tearing my hair out when killing the eggs with my friends. I miss being angry because the caster hit mudrock a little too soon and broke her shield and the nuke from cc10 got her. I miss singing praises of how amazingly amazing ifrit is in cc11. and i, miss the day when CC beta first dropped and we watched in awe as the avenger swordman 1 hit every single operator
My only deepest regret is not playing this mode sooner. Since there are character you can only get by purchase in this mode shop. I only able to full star most of them ( Only one left). There is also free skin. But oh well. One can't get everything.
Considering they've given us later access to event skins and operators through other means over the years (with the exception of crossover ones) I have hope that we'll get those again in some way Question is uow many years it'll take
The best CC I had was the first CC I played, which was CC 0. Back then my friend and I were rushing as far as possible on newbie accounts with no concrete goal in mind. Good times.
when POO or whatever CC-alternative events that comes in the future hits global, players will be begging for CC to comeback, i think CC just needs to be less frequent instead of just straight stopped
for real though, I really hope POO delivered or that eventually Hypergryph has more ideas for CC and it comes back. Even though half the CCs I've done I only went to 18, it was still fun trying out different niches on dailies when I had the free time. Getting to R22 Deepness with Kaziknights was a real highlight in this game for me (even if Rynx beat me and got R24)
Honestly the going of CC wouldnt hurt as much if the replacement is just, idk, I don't even have words to explain that abomination. Im a casual that has burnt out with AK, and as such dont play it as much anymore, but CC being replaced by that is really regrettable even from my perspective As to why i havent quit even while already in burned out state, welp, i promised that i only quit if i have to spend all my savings for both Texalter and Yato Alter, but rng says that im getting both below 50, and it did happen, so i cant quit yet
cc might be gone but i hope with the stuff that theyre testing right now in cn like for example pinchout they will find a good replacement for it eventually
Yeah, if a game makes my heart race and my blood pressure rise is doing a good jog as a game. Arknights' CC gave me that oddly satisfying frustration at times, but with the years I've played the game and the lack of time I have now, my usual CC experience was getting 18 with metaknights and be done for the rest of the season. In my opinion, the worst tag after speed up is attack down, I ain't got the patience to do defensive gameplay. Currently, my favorite OP are Italian and Japanese dual wielders. You point, they delete.
Tbh after i hit r23 with my weird ass strat that use all my brain power to execute i stop not bcause i want to(even tho im having collage exam) but bcause my strat started to fall apart and cant find a way to fix it bcause adding any kind of risk will break the strat to pieces for love of christ ntrk hitting the last red weeb mid atk interval before he kill galter after i barely stall all 3 of them is enough to make me have an heart attack so yeah i know i can push it to r24 but i just give up and accept it even tho im not satisfied still tho im gonna miss cc
It makes feel bittersweet since ive only been able to really try high risk for this CC since i only started about a year ago. I had alot of fun and i am still proud of making my own kaziknights R19 clear. (Check my vid btw) but i just know i couldve done at least R22 by myself but ran out of time since i had exams to study for. But overall i at least i reached a high risk for the perm map, and max risk for rotating map. And yea flametails dodge rng def ruined so many runs.
was watching zafang malding in the last hour of CC that push me to attempt supervendetta r26 using amiya s3, able to complete it in the last 10 minutes, still very annoyed i caved to mostima on the last try since i know for sure she is not needed but i am very happy i gave my all, thank you CC i will miss you, and HG pls don't release CC s2 until it is perfected unlike the nonsense that is POO.
I wish arknights had a big western fanbase. It’s criminal how under subbed Arknights creators are. Even the absolute most clickable of our creators just doesn’t have the opportunity to grow. This is a fucken great video. And I can’t tell my friends about it because they think arknights is a cash grab scheme for furries. Like bro you’re actually playing an idle game. You send out a dude that you gear up to bring you more loot to gear up things. Where’s the gameplay part?!
and then there is me: finds cc cool, thinks it's way too hard for herself, becuase: damm having like 4-5 operators e2 (and like 1 niche and 1 really leveld up with modul, lvl and mastery, the other 2-3 are... well they excist) and other reason is: I'm broke and didn't pull for one of the broken charas in the past (at least got every operator from lone trail) but still I want to do the stuff and heck I even tried to use sleep as strategy for events/story thinking to mix bird into the group aswell (thinking to pull for pallas as it would buff erato >->)
