2:51 I had long hair back in 2020 (I’m 20 years old as 2024) and ironically, I was playing with my hair more then than I did with short hair. When I say “playing with”, I mean that I constantly had to keep relying it up because specific parts kept coming undone because they were just barely long enough to tie up. It kept getting in my eyes and made me look super disheveled and I really didn’t like it anymore, so I decided to just cut it off. I’ve grown it my hair out since cutting it and now it’s kind of medium length and I kind of like it like that.

I could shave it and won't have to worry about it again, but the beard does fit me, it's just not how I would prefer it to be. Actually yes! But I can’t say for sure what helped most. Clean diet, remove awful shampoos and replace with good ones, and lastly, I bought a shower head filter to filter heavy metals my water (water comes from a private well)
