- This is a really delicious chicken dish made simply by pouring eggs into the chicken. A fantastic meeting between a mother chicken and a baby egg. How about making it for your parents on Mother's day?
Ingredient:
1. 200g of chicken thigh
2. Egg 2
3. Soy sauce, mirin, sugar, minced garlic, pepper, kelp
4. Onion, spring onion, ginger
5. Water
