Nothing wrong with updating a suspension -- I wouldn't overthink it. Just take it out onto a winding country road and push it a little. The thrill is still there. The beautiful G-forces and the sensation of flying. Smell the earth and feel the warm and cool sections of the landscape as you pass through, one with your environment. Feel the warmth of the engine radiating heat onto your legs. Yes, it's still a motorcycle.
I'm sixty-five and ride almost every day throughout the year. My back is pretty beat up. Had major surgery in 2017 on it. My stock 03 T100, is such a smoother and less painful ride than on my 2016 Indian Scout. Even though my Bonnie is nineteen years old, she is my sweet go to girl more often than not. I only ride the Scout when I want to rip around on mountain roads where I live in SC. Great video! Really loved it! Ride and stay safe!
Add to that fear of breaking down if, like me, you’re on a 47year old Benelli , yeah, it all adds up to the experience of being on a motorcycle. Nothing comes close.
Riding is a journey through the different stages in your life, ive been through them all, dirt track racing, cross country racing , sport bike , cruiser, and now at 69 a tour bike, its all good. Two back operations, two cancer operations, and my main concern through them all was ....will i still be able to ride..... So i exercise, weight train, whatever it takes to get past the pain so i can stay in the saddle , i just keep riding.
Good day to you! I am HONDA Cross Cub senior rider from Japan. Enjoying touring , camping and video editting. It is great video ! So nice ! Have a nice day my friend !!
Great video !! I just came across your channel actually and I'm happy to support you and other fellow content creators. I look forward to seeing and hearing more from you ; keep up the great work and ride safe out there ...
God dam you! I already have a love affair with my two bikes. It's 4 am and I want to go ride both of them at the same time. Both need to be inspected today and another person get to handle them for an hour to tell me they are safe. I am jealous. Great video. I agree with your take on this.
LOL. What a farking hippy/hipster. However, I listened & watched all the way to the end and have to say I agree with most of what you are talking about. And so eloquently, also. Well done, my friend. 😎
You shouldn't have said Brooklyn boy it immediately throws you in a stereotype. Triumph motorcycle, hate of windscreens, truck driver gloves. All your visuals get a second look. And it ain't a good look. Great video. Very poetic until you threw in the shameless self-promotion
Truly beautiful and poetic. RUclips needs more of this high quality content.
Thank you!
The bike is a canvas to make your own.
Braking out the tools upgrading components enriches the soul.😊

Great words, always advocating for a narrative throughout motorcycles and everything that comes with them, I’m here for it, thanks for sharing!

The pain, heat, cold, fatigue are all part of the experience. It should be up to each rider how much of these that they want.

Not sure I understand how a location I mention is ‘shameless self promotion’
