If they get to travel that is...and how about the junior officers. It's like the house mortgage schemes which many civil servant payslips can't even sustain. Much of it is theory. But obviously abuses could be there.
Why da hell does one need to be paid ksh 80,000 daily to travel to Uganda. That money alone is enough to comfortably sustain an entire family for an entire month in Uganda and someone is being given for daily expenditure.
