Hey Felix great video. I was thinking if you could show us specifically what workouts you do every day. Like coordination, strengthening or more tennis related workouts.

I trained there for 18 months from “83 - ‘84 when it was only a few years old as the Bollettieri Academy. Agassi, Krickstein, Arias etc…. were there as well and Courier came just after I left. Can’t believe it has been 40 years. It was pretty primitive back then and tennis only. I would not even recognize the place today. Glad you were able to train at IMG and work on your game. You are doing all the right things and I am rooting you on.

crazy good academy, lots of great talents and yet, only a handful of them has the slightest chance to ever get to the top. probably most will fail. its crazy how much of a talent and hard working human being one has to be to be called one of the best.

I remember playing the Eddie Herr tournament in 2008 that was hosted at the Bollitieri academy (today this facility). I’d never seen such a big space dedicated to tennis. A really great experience

Just a quick question, why dont you do longer sessions in academys like this. Like 2 months in an academy and then 3 months of tournaments etc.?
Because they’re $10k a week minimum.
they sponsor him to come for a week and make a video. they are not gonna pay for him to stay 2 months free
it just makes more sense to play maybe 2 weeks of events and then train for 2 weeks

They haven't produced top players for quite some time... It's become an expensive boarding school for rich kids and not much else.
Just wondering did you ever play itf juniors because most player after they play in qualis Or main draws of under 12 or under 14 nationals they play itf juniors

Ok, as someone who played many futures (and a couple challengers), I feel as though I'm qualified to say this....Felix has the most upside of all youtube players, and has the most legitimate chances of moving into an upper tier of ATP.
Karue Sell may have been correct as far as on-court strategy was concerned, but Felix's movement and racket skill is superior. His game is modern in terms of explosiveness, and only requires small adjustments to advance further.
