Instead of sliding on the second one, you can jump when hitting the ground to bunny hop on the pad

Alternatively, as a light, from the second jump pad aim for the left and slide down that roof onto the other big jumpad to get on top of the hotel, you can vanish bomb behind one of the ac vents and take the zipline across. Now you should be right behind the unsuspecting enemy team in a perfect flanking position
