Whenever i add poha , i feel my dosa batter doesn't spread properly. What could be the reason? Is it bcoz of poha or something else?

Here are some tips: add smaller quantity of poha(1/4 cup for 1 cup rice ratio), soak them well, blend to a fine paste, and check the overall consistency of the batter. If it's too thick, add a little water to thin it out. The batter should be of pouring consistency, which aids in spreading it evenly on the pan😊.
