I went to SO MANY STORES. this literally turned into a 3 day thrifting extravaganza but I found some stunning vintage pieces (even some designer!) and had a great time exploring one of our favorite cities. watch till the end for a vintage haul and make sure to subscribe for more!

Chicago has the best Salvation Army stores. The vintage shops are all over priced.Great second hand stores in Bucktown.
which salvation army location? I didn’t go to any of them! but i’m going back in march 👀
@@Miranda_Maherigo to the Salvation Army at 2270 N. Clybourn.
3:25 I love this part. Wow. This echoes my feelings perfectly. I love the embedded history that these objects carry with them from the past and onward to the future. All craftsmanship has this but fashion is an especially good one.
That black party dress was STUNNING on you!!
thank you!! it was a stunning piece, gave me 1920s/great gatsby vibes
The pearl collar/necklace would look sooo good with just a basic white or black tank in the summer. Such a statement piece ❤
yes omg! I have the perfect top
FYI the pearl collar is from the fifties worn over a crew neck sweater. .
Village Discount is the real gem of Chicago for secondhand finds
If you dont like curated vintage...which I rarely do but sometimes I find a nice item or interesting furniture at consignment
i’ve heard this a lot! it’s on my list for the next trip :) are any locations better than others?
@@Miranda_Maheri nice! I love Roscoe and Milwaukee locations, each store has their strong points (ex more furniture usually at Milwaukee Ave) but Clark st and kedzie locations also sometimes have some hidden vintage gems :)
@@amandakkaiser thank you!!
chicago looks sooooo much fun!!!!! 😊
the best 🥰
Next time you are in Chicago check out the Brown Elephant in the Andersonville neighborhood, the store is huge and the selection is too. Also Chicago’s Village Discount stores have the best prices and inventory in the city. Don’t miss the store at 4635 N. Elston. I’ve been thrifting in Chicago for over 40 years! Happy Thrifting!
i’ll be there later this summer! i’ll check it out, thank you 🥰❤️
The belts were so fun. The pearl collar was originally to wear like with crew neck or cardigan sweaters, etc. Suggestion to remove the tag from your scarf with the first day outfit. It’s distracting from your lovely outfit. Always remove tags from scarves for that reason.
Thanks for the tips! 🥰🫶🏻❤️
Love love love your vids. :)
thank you so much 🥰🫶🏻
Interesting store!
