This is my first time watching squash, it looks really fun!
It is lots of fun even though it can be tiering when you're unfit i play it and love it
It's a brilliant sport, but if you're going to try it, please please please don't start with the double yellow dot ball; that's for high quality and experienced players only.
I'd recommend either a blue dot or a red dot ball, until you've learnt the basics and got some squash fitness into your legs.
