I want to add SSD in my existing laptop , there is two option - one install SSD in place of main HDD , option 2 install SSD in place of DVD drive , which option is good , is it required connect window drive in primary connector drive.

I used disk genius to migrate to my ssd but my laptop won't boot from my ssd. Then I did it again with macrium reflect it has shown an error and asked to perform chkdsk after that i was able to migrate to ssd and now my laptop is booting from ssd without any problem

No. Don't do that. NVMe port is not there that means the circuit architecture itself doesn't support NVMe speed. So even when u install NVMe externally, it will act like 200-500mbps SSD only. So no point of spending extra money for NVMe. Use sata ssd only

It has booted from HDD. Go to advanced boot menu, select SSD. In boot sequence, that's just one time setup. Next time it will again boot from HDD. So Advanced boot menu is the place where u need to select SSD as default boot option

mine ssd is like yours but slightly larger 238 GB and it says i dont have space for migration and disk is free

What if we choose automatically set to boot option
Was in a pinch cause minitool was a paid application. Thankfully you had made videos on others ways to do this. Hope this works.
U can try AOMEI backup tool. That's more efficient and free to use. I have madr video on that too.

No. It doesn't work that way. All drivers will go crazy. It will not recognize anything. So it will just show as data. No boot will happen.
