Their lived experience and new approach could be a great thing for Canada, but with our current system I imagine there would be a whole bunch of privileged opposition in the shadows working against them trying to keep things the way they are.

The problem is that housing is a provincial responsibility and city residents are getting tired of paying taxes that municipalities are spending on housing.
Also, more and more money is being spent on homeless problem with little to no success in reducing or eliminating the homeless crisis.

Some friends of mine did this 20 years ago in Hamilton. We learned some stuff. Don't listen to the haters, they never accomplished anything.

Delusional young people thinking they know how the world works or where money comes from & how others money should be spent. Maybe get a job first, learn to manage your own affairs/budget/transport/accommodation, volunteer in places where you can learn what might work before you assume you know better than everyone else how to manage other's lives.

While I agree with most of what you are saying; we need to encourage young people to participate in local politics. Wanting to get involved and not just sitting on the sidelines complaining is a good thing.

Hey why don't we vote in Pierre pollieve he hasn't been a career politician his entire life and just the person the people need representing them, all the corporate tax breaks and lower borrowing costs to drive inflation even more.

I don't think these bright young men are listening to pathetic losers in the comments on youtube. You should try participating in your community and see if your being a old know-it-all shithead to young people works.
