Let us ignore this right now, because if IRMS cader is getting recruited from ESE then CSE candidates/ aspirants may aslo ask for PIL in court for " Number of attempts in ESE" , as we known number of attempts in CSE is 6 but for ESE , a aspirant can appear from the age 21- 30. Hence if ESE aspirants file a PIL in court stating the age criteria for ESE in IRMS Cader then CSE aspirants too will file PIL for number of attempts in ESE for IRMS cader (since from now on IRMS be recruited from both ESE and CSE) So, final conclusion is: Let us be happy with whatever the system UPSC has provided for the aspirants. Let's utilize this resource and make our way towards our final destination IRMS Cader 😊😊😊😊😊😊
For your kind information, they are not recruiting from ese for last 5 years. So logically they should provide 5 years of age relaxation for ese aspirants to provide equal and fair opportunity. As they talked about equal and fair opportunity in their RAJPATRA.

Bhai tum 2019 2018, 2017 die hoge chalo man lie tbbhi btech pass nai hue....23 saal pr hue 23+5 28 saal ho gae tb bhi chance hai.....
