By the way. Looking at your Alda adjust. That is a Factory cap that covers the Alda Adjustment screw. So you may want to remove the cap that just spins around? Then you can do Alda Adjustments. It's a Beautiful Car. I have a 1992 300D 2.5 Turbodiesel same as your Beautiful Mercedes.

    Nice.
    I own a 1990 300D.
I have EGR delete kit and Alda delete kits in strage ready to be installed.
Just one concern, it is factory turbo, where would i divert vacuum from, to actuate the turbo?

      Hey Chill,
I'm pretty sure you have Eds, so once you delete egr the computer will be angry and cut your boost to 2-3pounds. I got a universal wastegate(pressure) but the wastegate would open at 3psi so I put a manual boost controller and have 14-16psi all day, car feels awesome. But if you want to keep the stock wastegate, T off the vaccum line going to the pods, you will have a working turbo, however make sure you have a boost gauge installed to watch your psi.

@@kevinmoreno9443 i deleted EGR, ALDA, and overboost protection valve, also unplugged air fuel mixture from airbox.
No problems, actually seems to haul better.
Mine is automatic, so i manually select 3rd in city, then tap into 4th for highway.
I looped the 2 lines that were at overboost valve, left it unplugged.
Plugged ALDA line with a screw, capped the ALDA with a bolt from Lerm's Customs.
EGR Valve Deleted with a kit from Lerm's Customs as well.

      @@kevinmoreno9443 please explain.
After the EGR delete, i blocked the vacuum pod on that side.
The vacuum line that went to alda, has been blocked off with a screw.
Overboost Protection Valve Valve Deleted, both lines were looped into each other.
Where should i T into for the manual boost control?

      @@CatLady999 chill!
It sounds like Ed's is blocking your boost, tap into the line leading into vaccuum pump at front of engine straight to your wastegate.and block the line you disconnected at the wastegate. Make sure you have a boost gauge harbor freight has a great one for like 25$, so you dont over boost. I dont know how to dm you but I can walk you thru it on video
