7:20 I know you were just joking but it wasen't that simple of a reason. Widowmaker's backstory is actually so damn sad and tragic. In her former life, Widowmaker was married to Gérard Lacroix, an Overwatch agent spearheading operations against the Talon terrorist organization. After several unsuccessful attempts to eliminate Gérard, Talon decided to change its focus to his wife, Amélie. Talon operatives kidnapped her and subjected her to an intense program of neural reconditioning. They broke her will, suppressed her personality, and reprogrammed her as a sleeper agent. She was eventually found by Overwatch agents, apparently none the worse for wear, and returned to her normal life.
Two weeks later she killed Gérard in his sleep.
Her mission complete, Amélie returned to Talon, and they completed the process of turning her into a living weapon.

14:02 so.. Doomfist is basically explaining his philosophy in the background. He believes war and conflict will bring humans closer to their next stage of achievement and evolution almost. That conflict breeds progress and change, therefore conflict must be needed and even good. He starts wars, conflicts and other tragedies for his and Talon's own profits. Basically getting money from wars starting, and orchestrating plans to gain power. He's considered the "big bad" of the game, story wise. And is the arch nemesis of a few characters (Winston, Orisa, Zenyatta..if he were to be inclined to have a "nemesis" but he's really too peaceful, but they're exact opposites). To him, peace is "stagnation" (his words), and if humanity is at total peace, there is no progress or future.

Cassidy is indeed a good guy. That group was Blackwatch a group for missions that had to stay as a secret for exaple political reasons. Reyes (blackwatch leader and the soon to be Reaper) then hired her to work in Blackwatch.

2:58 there wasn't only 6, it was a literal global coalition of forces. Massive organization. Plenty of agents outside the small cast we have

Sorry but she isn't Sombra. Writing on the official Overwatch forums, lead game writer Michael Chu debunked the theory, confirming that the Soldier 76 cinematic was set in the present day and not in the past - which essentially means there's no way Alejandra could be Sombra.

plus sombra was an orphan an a very young age. Alejandra was in her eary

17:34.. just so you know, they severely nerfed Brig after about a year or less of her being out. She's pretty balanced now in OW2, her shield bash no longer stuns people (just deals some extra damage and allows her some movement speed), and her damage and heal rates have been lowered. She was OP in OW1 for a bit, but even towards like 2020 or so, she was seen as pretty balanced, anywhere from the pros to casual games, she wasn't really considered OP or too much by anyone. Just kind of balanced, she could be used, she was better in some comps than others, and if someone played her poorly they'd get punished pretty bad. You can tell the difference between a good Brig and a bad one.... bad ones will still rush into the back line and instantly get sent back to spawn. Good ones play more passive, with their tank and other support.. and almost is like a defensive hero, protecting their support partner and tank.
