I will just put this here, there is a lot more as to why Overwatch was disbanded. Like Soujorn said, “The Overwatch I joined was about raising the world, making it a better place. But by the end, we lost sight of our mission.” There is a lot of truth in her statement, truths that require more of a deep dive into the lore. Specifically the lore surrounding “Blackwatch”…
I recently found your channel and am absolutely loving hearing what you have to say about the Overwatch lore, I'm a massive lore nerd and hearing other peoples perspective is very interesting! About Echo, you're right, she wasn't made until the later half of Overwatch's life cycle. When Overwatch was forced to disband she was shut down and put into storage by the authorities. That's why Cassidy/McCree had to perform a heist to rescue her in his cinematic :)
Awsome reaction man. Boy do we need an overwatch show. The only other thing I can think of is you could react to the cut scenes from the story mode in game wich take place after the overwatch two trailer with the forming of the new team. There is some really intresting law and fun charester interactions in them.
Echo was made by doctor Liao after Aurora’s death, she is sentient because she is basically just Liao placed in a robot, because she mimics (or echoes) people, Liao (and Echo by extension) was placed under the protection of Overwatch agent Cole Cassidy (or Jesse McCree), but he failed to save them, Liao dies alone and Echo gets stolen, she is found by Cole later in the his animatic with the Deadlock gang, but she has nothing to do with the Omnic Crisis
You should react to a history of overwatch video. It would make the timeline make more sense and answer some of your questions about when and why things happened
After winning the war, Overwatch continued to be like an international police force and things like giving aid to victims of war and disaster. A few years later is when the protests started, then Overwatch was disbanded and then about 10 years passed before the recall (Overwatch 2)

She didn't exactly die. She turned into that huge yellow triangle and circle thing at 20:23 that made all omnics sentient.

The sojourn cinematic is the start of the invasion i think u should react to the invasion pve cut scenes it would be awesome

You should watch the story mode, it has cinematic scenes, it's amazing
