Sojansetly ehh not really, it's not like a cake where you have to be extra precise measuring ingredients or labor intensive like home made croissants. The hardest part of making baklava is cutting it in to even diamonds. Of course knowing tricks like only buttering every 2 sheets, not buttering the phyllo layers with a brush, making the syrup ahead of time so it can be cold- is just a matter of doing the research. At this point I don't even measure any ingredients to make the baklava. I just eyeball it and it turns out great. Probably one of the easier desserts to make honestly.

This is Malaysian marinated grilled chicken called Percik Chicken,im sure u will like it Ingredients Marinates: Chicken (prefer brown meat) Shallots Garlic Ginger Salt Gravy (blend altogether and fry with oil) Coconut Milk Lemongrass Ginger Galangal Dried Chilli paste(fresh chilli also can ) Water Sugar Salt Tamarind paste Grilled the marinated chicken and pour the gravy on top and finish it in the oven.....better grilled outside with the charcoal to get that smoky flavour(wrap in banana leaves)
The only thing that we have in the US that you have from Costco is the hot dog but our condiments are relish, ketchup, onions, and mustard. We don't have the chicken wings. poutine, French Fries, or chicken tenders. Items that people rave about from the US Costco includes the turkey provolone sandwich, the beef brisket that has coleslaw on it, the pizza (pepperoni/cheese/combo), the vanilla yogurt soft-serve (which can be made into a parfait by adding their strawberries in syrup), and some like the acai bowl.
