Quang, the burgers you ate that day were cows a week before. A lot of the beef in the US for Wendy's comes from Canada, my man! And we did food orders 3 times a week. My unit made around $50k a week in sales and we went through about 15 cases of 4oz patties and 17 cases of 2.2oz patties per week. 40 lbs a case. I do not work for them anymore, but I can assure you that QUALITY is a word used in their restaurants and in every manager meeting every day. My respect to them.

The salads are made in store fresh everyday and the bacon is 100% real and raw, pan, prepped and baked. The chili is made with the burger patties that are not used in time of service...they are steamed until it's time to make chili. Overall for Wendy's to have all fresh food it is a great fast-food restaurant. A lot of work goes into the quality of the food.

Your stove top may be stronger than mine. Try kicking the the heat down to a 3-4 Medium low for 20 minutes before frying. Trial and error my friend. It took me many tries to get it down just right. you cant compare a nugget to a tender or strip because nuggets are ground chicken and tenders are normal chicken. BUT mcdonalds does make tenders that are really good too, we have them in the states but idk about up there. good video as always quang!

Try making "Soup Joumou" it's a Haitian pumpkin soup. We make it every January first to celebrate our independence. I think it's a good suggestion. I'd like to see you try it.
