DW with I feel bad for Jr, fuck that, he made the wrong damn move for the lead, that's all. Mikey clearly had the fastest car all night, Jr shoulda known that without Rusty or someone else helping him he was not getting by #15 on the outside. He shoulda backed off going into the turn & tried taking some air off Mikey's spoiler to get him loose then dove inside comming off the turn & maybe Rusty or Ryan or someone else go's with him & #8 wins again. It was alright though, he learned at the next plate race at dega that fall...

man i miss the coy, the spoiler helps a little but its not the same : / the tracks these days are safe enough, they didnt have to switch to the cot. because they got the foam in the cars, and safer barriers, they didnt have to change the whole entire model of the car. :[

@speedzonefilms I miss the look of it, but until you get in the car and drive it at around 200 MPH you really can't say that they don't need the safety improvements. You can really not be too safe when dealing with the lives of so many people.

@@Tristin471 he absolutely would’ve won the 2002 Winston Cup championship instead of Tony Stewart because Sterling definitely was the driver/ car to beat all year like you said until that brutal injury. The one silver Lining was that it also propelled Jamie McMurray to his first career victory.

You do realize that Tony Jr was his car chief not crew chief at the time? They paired up in 2005 as crew chief and driver, and stayed that way til 2009, so you're wrong about them not getting along.
