When you swap from coffee to milk steaming , if you don’t purge until the steam is clear , your milk will be very watery . If you left on steam , your milk will be great and you don’t have to do that much purging but you would not be able to make coffee . That’s the problems with the single boiler but it’s a great machine . I love it .
Thanks for the comment. I didn’t even drink coffee that much . From your comments I think you should get this machine . At least I it can do the milk based drinks if you need it to .
The Classika is pretty much the Syncronika minus the steam boiler. Should be a no brainer for mostly Espresso drinkers. But the Syncronika sure does look impressive. Which machine did you end up with?
@@knipsi22 We have the actual machine in the video as my wife has espressos. Only visitors and myself have the milk based bricks . Synkrionica does look amazing but at double the price. May as well have two Classikas with one on steam and one on espresso mode.
